I’ve been fairly successful using zapier to integrate our monday.com instance with Excel, OneDrive, Outlook etc. but am stumped with this one because I believe it entails a POST webhook of some sort. See below for the details of our set up Existing ProcessMonday.com creates an excel file and adds item specific information to itUser completes work in excel documentUser clicks button in excel that triggers macro to generate PDF and insert into a draft email Next StepsI would like for when that macro runs, to flip a status on Monday.com. At this point, I would have enough information about the item that it would be easy to find it, I just dont know what I need to do to trigger the process and where to send the data to be read by Monday (my research has told me that Monday.com only does outgoing webhooks. I am trying to update the Skype Name/Number or website for a contact and the fields are not presented in the Create/Update Contact action.Is it me or have these fields been missed from this action?How else can I update these Xero fields from Zapier?Any help would be appreciated.Regards

The particular workspace and page where my database is located in has already been shared with Zapier. So am not sure why it is not appearing in the dropdown. Must it be a database that doesn’t have relations to another or does this not affect?

Hello all. I would like to understand if it is possible to use a countif function before the final output.Let me explain better.The Triggers entry are like 1k per day. I would like to send this data on g-sheet (but after a short time it would explode :D) So I thought about using filters and if it was possible that the g-sheet would return only the sum of these entries (for example if the trigger is activated only once a day). Hello,when a new post is published, the post get´s send to Zapier. After testing the action, I see the full text.I then want to send the text to Facebook, but the text is now limited and still is, after sending the text. Not only to Facebook, but also to the Zapier Format tool. Does anyone know, how to change that?
How do I update the contact field in Active Campaign with a +44 (UK) number when a new form is submitted?
I have a Zapier and Active Campaign account and am trying to set a rule so that "a contact submits a form" in AC > "update contact field for phone number" with a +44 (UK). This cannot be set up solely in Active Campaign, which app is best to integrate with to allow this action?
I would like to extract all events created by some Facebook pages and groups I follow (and possibly events my friends join). Can this be done using Zapier? Currently I have to manually open hundreds of pages’/groups’/friends’ “upcoming events” to see this, which is a major PITA ;-)
How do I add a tag to a subscriber in MailChimp dependent on what is selected in a Squarespace form dropdown?
Hi there, in creating a zap to integrate a Squarespace form submission to update a subscriber in Mailchimp, I’m finding that I can’t see multiple options the user can choose from in the form. I.E. I want to add a tag to that subscriber’s profile in MC dependent on what they select in the dropdown, but only one option is showing (Option 1). I’d also ideally see that option’s name instead of needing to review what order I put them in.Is there a fix for this so that the options can correlate to the tags added in the Zap? Thank you!
I have several zaps that use this in a formatter step in order to produce today’s date, but it is producing tomorrow’s date instead. When I initially set these up it was working correctly, however I do not know when it started doing the next day instead. I’ve attached two screenshots, one of the set up and one of a test I did today, 4/14/2022. Any idea why it’s doing this and how to correct it?
Hi all! I have notifications set-up for when a Stripe charge fails or is disputed, but not when blocked. How do I add line items from Quickbooks into SmartSheet as multiple rows instead of a full string with commas?
I am looking to take QuickBook invoice and put each line on a new row in Smartsheet. I have used the utility “Line Itemizer” and I got the data string to come in and separate. Only thing I need help with is how to add this to SmartSheet in multiple rows. Right now it just adds the full string with commas from the utility.

If i choose the shopify product directly it works but the the quantity will be removed always from the same product. We get the product infos from a mail we scrape with mailparser.io
