Hello, I’ve got a Google sheet of information that’s already there, and I want to transfer the data from certain cells into my ActiveCampaign account. I’ve set up a Zap, but how do I get it to run if the data’s already in there? Thanks for any help you can give me.
We are likely migrating from Slack to Google Chat. Is there a way to automatically authorize the Zapier bot for all new Spaces? In Slack we had “channels” for each client and one initial setup in Zapier would automatically work for them all. Now it appears we will have to manually go into each new “Space” and add/authorize the Zapier bot. Open to all thoughts.Thanks in advance!
I want to create a Zap that adds my liked songs into a playlist for that month. It would be triggered whenever I like a new song and then adds that song to a playlist named for the month (i.e. Jan 2022).My current Zap is triggered by liking a song and then adds it to a specific playlist I choose. This means every month I have to manually change the playlist the songs are added to.I would like to be able to search if a playlist for the month already exists and if so add it to that. If a playlist for the month doesn’t exist to then create a new one.Zapier only appears to have the ability to create a playlist or add to a specific one. I don’t have the ability to search if a playlist for a certain name exists. Zapier also is only able to add to playlists based on playlist ID (a random string unique to each playlist) which makes it impossible to use a variable for the playlist name.Is there a possible workaround to my issue or a way to implement more Spotify support?
All, how can I ensure that the article contents are also transferred to Notion every time I make a pocket entry? I have setup my trigger of creating a Notion entry every time an action is conducted on Pocket but the action only creates an empty entry into Notion without transferring the article contents to Notion from Pocket.
Im could add order info into Google spread sheet from Shopify.But when I get new order, it will be added on the top of the work sheet which is supposed to be added at below of the header.I've tried fixing the rows and protecting the header section, but it still gets added on top of the worksheet.Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? Hi guys.This is the problem:I need create a Whatsapp chatbot for a real estate agency. When a message comes in, the potential customer gets asked about there preferences, whether he’s looking for a house or an apartment, how many bedrooms, location, etc.Based on the answers the potential customer should receive links to listings of properties which fit their preferences, within the Whatsapp chat.I thought maybe I could accomplish that by combining Manychat and Google Sheets. All the listings of properties are stored in a Google Sheet. All of them have tags, which indicate the loacation, number of bedrooms etc. and the link for the listing on the website is in a separate column.But something is missing. How do I get all the links of all listings which fit their preferences in the Whatsapp chat?Does anybody have an idea?Thank you so much guys.
I created a zap so that I can output shopify order information to a spreadsheet, but when multiple products are purchased, they are combined into one line.In the example in the attached image, five products named Test and three products named Test2 were purchased, and the output to the Google sheet is summarized in one line.I would like to change this so that the output is for each product purchased.Does anyone know of a solution?

Here’s what I am trying to do and I am really close (I think): A new booking in Book Like a Boss triggers:an entry on Google Sheetsa document with specific information in Google Docsa new dropbox folder. Then we do the project which is a video recording. That recording is uploaded to the dropbox folder that was created by the booking.That folder needs to be sent via Dropbox Transfer.The LINK for the dropbox transfer needs to be copy and pasted into the EMAIL that is sent to the client so they know their project is ready. Is this possible via Zaps? Which parts have to be done by a human? I appreciate your thoughts on this.
Hi, afaik, it is only possible to trigger an action based on new database items in Notion. In automation.io it is apparently possible to use updated database items on Notion as trigger. Wanted to see if the community knows if it is possible anyway in Zapier or if there is any workaround? What I am trying to do: Build a “stale bot” that triggers whenever there is no activity in Notion docs after x Days which then triggers a message in Slack saying that the doc should be given some love With the current “new database item” trigger, every Notion page can only trigger once, although it could trigger several times (if there is always a huge amount of time in between the actions). I just wanted to create a new “shared drive” with the google drive zap when a new customer is created in our CRM. Now it seems that I can only create new folders (private or within a shared drive) but not a new shared drive (formerly team drives) itself. The Google Drive API3 supports this function. Does anyone has an idea how to solve this challenge?

Hi im having a problem i havr upgraded my plan to be able to use the premium features while iwas in the process of creating a zap for social media. with test runs the zaps are all showing. But it still shows zero tasks complete. ive had to do each one individually. i would like to have my social media platforms fully automated please. Thank you in advance.
I have a zap that copies an existing Google Sheet that includes an IMPORTRANGE calc (Google Sheet A). Within the original sheet access has been granted to read the data in the IMPORTRANGE calc (it pops up in the cell initially and you select allow access). The IMPORTRANGE calc is reading to a Google Sheet on the same local drive.So the zap creates a copy of Google Sheet A and creates Google Sheet B. The next step of the zap provides users rights to anyone in our domain with the link (mindfulbirthing.org) to access the sheet. When I open the newly copied Google Sheet, the IMPORTRANGE calc requires me to manually “Allow Access” for the data to flow through. Any ideas of how to automate the access for this calc as part of the zap rather than a user having to manually step in? Any help will be gratefully received!
