Issue with Web Hook showing in history
Ok I have a strange one! I have a zap hook being ran. It has contact forms + phone calls coming through. Looks something like this Phone call works perfectly - that’s easy. Contact form - having a mystery issue, I see data being inserted into the CRM for Contact Forms but for some reason when I go to the history I can see it, I don’t see any. I then go to history to find specific data that has been entered, it’s not there! It’s a complete mystery. So if its not running, how is it getting into the CRM? Only the first path (phone call) is showing in the history. But yet, the data is being entered in the CRM. Any ideas or thoughts on this one?
Close.io Not Updating Leads: Issues with Smart View Limits
Needing someone experienced with Close CRM sequences:So we use Gmail for our business emailing platform, and it is really strict on email sending limits. I read an article on Close.io regarding using Zapier to Schedule a send out once a day and using a smart view with a limit function.I set the zap up, but in my test every time it always comes back with updating 0 leads though I can see it’s reading limit of 75 so it must be reading the other filters as well. I also tried it with the Search Query smart view as opposed to filters and had the same issue.
Can I update Google Spreadsheet row with a custom value conditional on a Slack message?
I have set up a Zap to Update a Google Spreadsheet row based on a Slack message in a private channel. Basically I want to update different columns for Monday-Friday to track when people will be in our office in person. So I would like to update each column, based on whether the message includes “Monday” or “Tuesday” or “Wednesday” etc… but I can only seem to set the cell value to “Raw Text” of the Slack message. Is it possible to set the value using an IF statement or some other dynamic value conditional on the message?
How do I split this text so I have each item separate?

How to convert float decimal field to integer
I’m using a catch webhook trigger and one of the fields is currently a float / decimal data type. I need to convert it to an integer, or text that has the “.00” stripped out of it, to pass it into google analytics 3 event value field. It seems like the formatter should be able to do this but I cannot find an option in there? Is there any other way of doing this?
Issue with inviting users to Slack channel via Zappier
I am trying to do the following:1/ Create slack channel based with name issue key & summary (Done)2/ Invite "assigned designer", "creator" and "reporter" of the particular request to slack channel - screenshot 1 Issue: "Reporter" and "Creator" have email IDs however the "Assigned designer" just have display name (custom field 28530 - Martyna in screenshot) 3/ Invite the users in step 2/ to the created channel in step 1/ - screenshot 2Issue: On test run, it says - "channel does not exist" however it does probably I am already a part of that channel & I don’t have designers ID to test run this so cant figure out really - why it says so NOTE: Data has been extracted via Jira webhook by using “Webhooks by Zappier” & using “Issue data (automation format)” instead of “Custom data” on Jira as “Custom data” was not working for me.
OneNote to jira issue
I am very new to the Zapier and now trying to transfer something from OneNote to Jira. Created Zap with action that says “New note in section in OneNote” creates new issue in Jira. I tried a lot and it does not work, I have connected both the account for OneNote and Jira, nad thy have all the permissions.This is how it looks.I would really appreciate if there is step by step process created otherwise Zapier looks to have really bad documentation in my view.
How do I use Pipedrive to trigger from a stage in the Pipeline which is missing from the drop-down?
Hi all,Moderately experienced Zapier user here - nothing fancy, but I have hundreds of Zaps for my small business and never had an issue with the Pipedrive modules before. I’m trying to use Pipedrive to trigger Asana when a Deal is moved to a specific Stage of a specific pipeline I have.We have 10+ pipelines and hundreds of Stages in total. I can see lots and lots of these in the ‘Stage in Pipeline’ drop-down menu, but lots of are missing too. No matter how many times I press ‘Refresh fields’, whole pipelines worth of Stages do not appear.I did a Test by moving a Deal in Pipedrive to this Stage I am interested in, and I know it is stage_id 61… but even when I put 61 into the ‘Custom’ box it doesn’t seem to function. Any help would be appreciated ThanksZak
Meeting summaries using ChatGPT and Google Docs
Hi All, We meet with clients each month and I saw this recent article from Zapier (https://zapier.com/blog/create-meeting-summaries-with-openai-gpt3/) about using a trigger from Evernote, however, Google Docs/ Google Drive (that we use) doesn’t seem to have a trigger that would allow us to do the same thing. Right now, after a client meeting we’ll manually summarize it and attach the agenda as a PDF. During the meeting we highlight yellow for our to-dos and purple for the client’s to do’s on the document and add that to the body of the email so it outlines each person’s items. Does anyone have ideas on how we can use a similar Zap set-up from the article linked above using Google Docs? I am open to tagging or editing how we add in to-dos too to make this work. Trouble Connecting Circle and Constant Contact: Missing Fields and 'No Data Found' Error
Hi, i m new Zapier user. I am trying to set up a very basic zap that sees when we have a new user in our Circle account, and then sets up a new matching user in Constant Contact.i have set up a trigger and action, but when i run the test it says “No Data Found.” One thing i noticed is that when i go to map the data, many of the field names are gone or wrong. not sure if this is related to the “no data found” message.Any thoughts about next steps?Thanks

I am trying to create a trigger with Dynamics 365 CRM Invoices to create a shipment in Shipstation.I see the can triggers, are mostly contacts and leads, I did not see how one can get to the other tables. Affinity - add person to organization
Hi all, I’m working on an automation that will add form submissions into affinity. The submissions always include a person and an organization. I have no trouble with creating an organization, adding it to a list etc. I can also create a person from the form data, but I can’t seem to find a way to add that person to the created organization. I tried using the “Update entity” Zap, but it only allows me to edit the person’s job title, phone number, LinkedIn URL etc. There seems to be no option to add the person to an organization. Conversely, there is no option to add people when updating an organization entity. Is such an automation possible? Am I just making a mistake? Thanks in advance to everyone.
Salesforce error: Could not create record of the "Campaign" object, insufficient access rights on cross-reference ID.
I am having an issue with my first zap. When there is a new eventbrite event, I want to create a new campaign record in Salesforce. I am the sys admin in the Salesforce sandbox with the Marketing User checked on the user record. I can create a new campaign record in Salesforce without issue. I am populating all required fields using Zapier, it is just 3 fields that are needed. I am the user logged into Zapier. All help is appreciated.
Double event being created in Google Calendar instead of being updated
My zap runs great for when I put my info in google sheets it creates a perfect event in google calendar. However, if I go back an make an edit/change to any info in the google sheet, it will create a NEW event in google calendar instead of just updating it. How do I achieve this goal?

Hello, We are using Memberstack to register our users on our website. We want the following process:When someone signups on our website through Memberstack, The contact should be added to the list of Sendinblue. Currently, When we make the test in Zapier, It works completely fine. But when we try to signup on our website, the contact isn’t getting added to sendinblue list. When we check the history on Zapier, it says that the Required field "Email" (email) is missing.So could you please help us to add the contacts to our sendinblue list when someone new is added to the memberstack? :) I am adding the images of Zapier test and also the error when I try to signup with email on our website. I hope someone can help me with this :)
Updating Airtable Records with ChatGPT completions - Issue with static record ID
To zapier support, Good morning. I hope you are doing well. I had to contact you because the automation does not work as planed and I am looking for an advice. I have attached the 5 screenshots of the zap. Let me explain the idea to you. I have an airtable table. When I make a new record in airtable, I want the words written under the column 'title' to be sent and be used in the prompt to chatgpt. Then, when chatgpt finishes writing response to that prompt, I want that response to be updated in the column of 'content', for that specific row where a new record was created. Here's the problem. It is not working right now, and I think it might have to do with the record ID part in the 'update record' . Whenever I try the zap, it only updates 1 record at a time. I think this is because record ID is different for every new record. How do I set it so that record ID in the zap keeps changing flexibly to the ID of the new record created? That way, I can create 15 records at the same time
Formatter Question - Does the "Extract Text from File" transformation exist?
Is ChatGPT making up capabilities that don’t exist? For context, I asked ChatGPT to provide instructions for reading a google doc: Prompt: I would like to use ChatGPT to summarize the contents of a file on google drive using the Zapier plugin. Can you provide me with instructions for how to do this? GPT has repeatedly offered up the instructions below, however, the capability it references doesn’t appear to exist. Add a Formatter step: Since ChatGPT API may require plain text input, you might need to convert file content into plain text. a. Click on the "+" sign below the Google Drive step. b. Search for "Formatter" in the "Choose App & Event" search box. c. Choose the "Text" action event and click "Continue." d. Select "Extract Text from File" transformation. e. In the "Input" field, map the "File" field from the Google Drive step. f. Click "Continue" and test your Formatter step. Specifically, I find no option “extract text from file” on the list of available transformations.
