I’m trying to set up a Zap between PandaDoc and Pipedrive, but it keeps giving me trouble with the text fields of the PandaDoc:Why does ist say “object object” and why do these errors pop up?Some of the fields, that are assigned to my role I cannot edit, some that I want to leave empty now show up pre-filled out as “object”……. I’m working on a multi-step Zap that will trigger when a new urgent case is created in salesforce and will create a new slack channel and send a message to the slack channel.Step 1: Trigger on new salesforce case. -- This worksStep 2: Filter Action continue only if case.priority = “Urgent”. -- this worksStep 3: Create Channel in Slack with channel name = triage-case-<casenumber> (triage-case-00021983” -- this works and I verified the new channel was created.Step 4: Send Channel Message in Slack -- Channel property set to custom using attribute: <Channel Name Normalized:triage-case-00021983)This results in an error: The channel message could not be sent to Slack. Hello, my name is Jose and I am searching for someone with knowledge of how to create an automation for sending SMS with Monday.com I run a pediatric speech-therapy office, and we want to integrate SMS into our client relations so that we can send texts to our patients whenever an update occurs.For example, there is a “lifespan” for the client due to the insurance authorizations being finite; an insurance can authorize, let’s say, 4 months of therapy, and will need to reauthorize more at the end of those 4 months if the child is still in need of therapy. This process has a couple more steps and involves the doctor’s office too, so there are many directions that the documents move and confusion for the patient and their parents/guardians.We have made boards on Monday for this process. I have an account with Zapier and I have integrated quaderno check out page with enrollment in the Thinkific course. It worked well for few months, but now I launched the second course. And for the second course, participants who pay are not enrolled automatically in the course.Can you pls advise on how to integrate for enrollment when having multiple courses?

I am marketing exec trying to set up basic integration between clickfunnels and Monday.com. I have proceeded through the process but am stuck at naming the item, then setting up the 5 columns I want to pull over into an existing group on Monday.com. I can do a test for a single item, name - but can’t figure out how to make sure the five columns I need, name, first name, phone, email and city get linked. Can you help?

Hi, Gmail integrations are powerful, but it’s expensive to trigger on ALL of them. Gmail categories does a ton of work to reduce that clutter…. so how do we trigger zaps on those categories?Without manually labeling or moving gmails between categories (that’s the point), there is no way of triggering a zap on JUST the primary category. I can’t filter in gmail based on category (and label it), and I can’t trigger a zap based on its category. We all read our primary gmails first, but has anyone worked out how to trigger a zap based on the primary category? This would reduce the cost by, 80% or so.Thanks,Chris
I'm trying to connect my Facebook forms with Zoho CRM, but I've a few problems: 1. Unable to create lead Zapier registers all the leads that we get through Facebook. Nonetheless, it doesn't send them correctly to the CRM because it says that tere is duplicate data (I think it might mean that we already have this lead). However, we don't mind if we already had this lead as long as it's registered to our CRM. How can we solve it? 2. Action Event When I choose which event we want to register to Zoho, I can't find the option ''create a lead'' (even if I try to write it into the searcher). What should we do in order to create a lead? A lot of thanks!Junjie

Is there a way to build one Zap that post to ALL of those?Also, I have 2 Facebook accounts, 2 Twitter, etc. Can I use on Zap to post to 2 different FB accounts, etc?Thanks for any input as I’m new to this.
I’m currently using Halp at the moment to manage support tickets. Once tickets are created, they’re sent to a private channel with some info about their inquiry with several fields in a form they must answer. The bot then creates a thread under the message sent into the channel that I respond to. Unfortunately, the request info in the form the user submits is not accessible to the submitter after submission. I as an agent however, can see it just fine. We are using SimplyBook for our online booking platform and would like to create a zap to transfer client records into forms (which we want to create) which our staff will use as part of the service. I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?Set up action for Monday.com new item
Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?
Hi all, I have successfully managed to link my Schedule Once and Acuity Calendars to a point where if a client books in through Schedule Once it’’ block time out of my acuity calendar. My question is, if someone cancels an appointment on schedule once - how can I zap this my Acuity Calendar? My only options seem to be to block off time, or add a package/coupon code.

I’ve set up a Zap to send course reminder emails based on the date in a Google spreadsheet matching today’s date. I used the “Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action, which it turns out worked fine, except it stops at the first match.If I use “Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support)”, it returns all of the matches, but they’re all grouped together.My next steps in the Zap are to filter by course (so it needs to only match certain results from the lookup) and then send an individual email to each match through Outlook.
