Can I add or update a contact in Brevo when adding a new comment card in Trello?

Hello there, I m new in the Zapier community and I have a first question 

How do I use the “Add or update contact in Brevo when new comment in card in Trello” ?

I mean on one side I got a trello card with the name of my clients. I write comment on their card for customer success management. How do zap recognize which contact to update ?

Hi @Lauralumni 

Good question.

The Brevo Contact email address should be saved in a Trello Custom Field to be used in the Zap.

Hi Troy thanks a lot or your reply. 

I created a Trello Custom Field to add the email of my contact but I can”t find it in the zap

You may need to add a step to find the Trello Card to get the custom fields, since your Zap trigger is a new comment on a Card.
