Hello Zap community! I recently created a zapier account in hopes to reduce sync errors between Hubspot and Salesforce. Here is what our ideal process looks like:

A lead submits a Hubspot form

That hubspot form has the salesforce partner account and salesforce owner user id as hidden fields.

Those fields feed into salesforce to create a new lead with the proper Partner company associated and proper lead owner. 

 

I have finally been able to sync the partner company appropriately. But the lead owner in salesforce continues to be assigned to system account. Thoughts? Feedback?

There may be some configuration or rule set in Salesforce that is overwriting the Zap.

Check the history log for the Salesforce record to help you troubleshoot.
