I have created a nutrition label template in google sheet and a form to collect the data needed to populate it. Is there a way, using Zapier, to take the data from a form submission and use it populate the template in a new google sheet document?

That will depend on how your GSheet template is configured.
Can you post screenshots?
Generally, to use GSheets in Zaps, the GSheet needs to be configured a specific way with row 1 as headers.
Sure thing, here are some screen shots. I am happy to update the template in any way needed to make this work!
