How to add text in a pdf print header?
Hi, I would like my Zap to assist in adding text to the print header of a PDF although anywhere clearly visible on the pdf would be fine as well. I would like the Zap to do a sort of VLookup so that via the pdf file name it will search for the right cells in my excel and transfer that to the PDF. Is there a way to do this without subscribing to a PDF conversion tool? And tips would be welcome! Thank you
Is there a way to create a workflow step that can be easily added to multiple Zaps?
I've got a number of Zaps that require the same “Update Google Sheets Row” or “Create Shipstation Order” type of actions. Does Zapier have a way for me to create these steps, add them to something like a “My Steps” internal library where they can be “dropped into” Zaps easily? It might seem like a small thing but some of these steps are a bit tedious and having to program them over and over and over is cumbersome. It would be so great if I could copy/paste action steps from other Zaps into new Zaps. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
Zapier can't fetch optin form from GrooveFunnels
I’m using GrooveFunnels/Pages and GrooveWebinar. I added the Zapier integration in GFunnels. Zapier finds the integration, the funnel, the page but not the optin from on the confirmation/success page.So all the possible pages in the funnel are found in Zapier but the Zap can’t fetch (find) the optin form info/data fields. I suspect it may be because I’m using a GrooveWebinar (embedded form) custom html form, within a funnel built in GroovePages. See imagesattached.Please advise.

Google Agenda - Gmail flow
Hi,So I have a company and I work with Google Agenda to make appointments for my clients. My schedule is mostly fully booked and at the moment I manually send emails to clients who want to be notified if some earlier appointment is cancelled and they now have the possibility to call me to change their own appointment to that earlier date.To mark which clients want to be informed of this free timeslot, I usually put an exclamation mark at the start of their appointment title. Is there a way I can automate this process with Zapier or is this not possible with this tool?Thanks in advance!

How to Complete Tasks Under an Account on a Third Party Website
I am creating a website for an ecommerce store soon and am looking into solutions for tasks I need automated in the future. I'm not sure if there is an integration that covers this task, so I need help from someone who is more familiar.I will have an account with a virtual mailbox, as in an a shipping address that can be used to send/receive packages that is not located at a business location. There will be an online account and an app that can be used to sort through this mail, repackage it if necessary, and forward it to any location. The virtual mailbox company will be iPostal1 (unless a suitable alternative is necessary).After a customer orders a product from the store, the manufacturer will automatically send the product to the virtual mailbox (the process for this automation has already been determined through a previous post). The customer's mailing address with automatically be captured from order info. I will receive an email when this package arrives at the virtual mailbox. T

Upon registering for an event in Ontraport, contacts are tagged and should then be automatically registered to a Zoom webinar. Error with Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets, with webhook
Hi,i am trying to set up a zap to update a google sheet row, if webhook captures a replied LinkedIn prospect. I got the error message when testing at the step 3, which says, ‘unable to parse range…’ To let Zap know which row to update, i added Look up spreadsheet row step 2. But the result seems doesn’t link to Step 3… At the Step 3, ‘Row’ item below, what should i fill in? I tried with some fields, it always returning error testing result.
Can we request a "New Appointment" trigger for Pike13?
hi,I am new to creating zaps (and new to Pike 13 as well). I am trying to create a zap that is triggered when a certain type of appointment is made in Pike 13 (for reference Pike 13 is a gym CRM) so that MailChimp will send a specific email. For example, a consult is booked in Pike 13 and MailChimp sends a questionnaire in preparation for the consult appointment.I’ve successfully connected my Pike 13 and MailChimp accounts but can’t figure out the event. The closest thing on drop down list is “Event Occurrence Upcoming” but I think it actually means events, not appointments.Any help is appreciated. As mentioned I am a total newbie at this!Thanks.
zap is not receiving notifications.
I'm using Google spreadsheet and messenger app in conjunction. using zapier through web hook. today, The corresponding "zap" does not receive and receive notifications. check history, The notification has been stopped since the 27th.(yesterday) I entered new data in real time, but there is no response. The spreadsheet is being input normally. Others work normally.
Jotform to Excel - too many leading blank rows
I am successfully adding new rows to an Excel spreadsheet for each new Jotform submission…. each field maps over just fine. The trouble I’m having is that each submission on the Excel spreadsheet skips roughly 10 rows before it writes the next record. So I have an entry on row 3...then on row 13...23...etc. How can I have Excel just go to the next row without any blanks? Is that something with Jotform? Zapier? Excel? I don’t know where to start debugging that.
Get multiple deals in HubSpot?
Hi,I was looking through the forum to understand how to import all my deals from Hubspot at once. I've successfully been able to get one deal at a time, using the “Find Deal in HubSpot” Action and property “Deal Name” with a Letter example A in the “First search property value” I would get one record with the deal name starting with an A. I tried an asterisks * (wildcard) to see if that would bring them all in but that didnt work.I did see reference to a similar question saying that a loop should be used. So, I added a Zapier loop and Create Loop “From Line Items” referencing the same field in the action above. That didnt make any difference. Could you assist with how I can achieve importing all my Deals.thank you !
trouble with decimal number Excel
HelloI tried to make a zap between an excel sheet and Airtable. the problem is that even if I choose “.” or “,”, or change regional parameters, the output of the trigger is always with a “,”the final result is wrongexample: 0.07 in excel sheet, test trigger give 0,07 and final result is 7 in airtable.thanks for your help
How do I add custom form fields from Campaign Monitor into Airtable?
I’m creating an email signup form in Campaign Monitor with custom fields. I have connected this to an Airtable base where I want each custom Campaign Monitor field to auto-populate into the corresponding column in Airtable. However only the basic fields such as name and email appear as options, none of the fields I added. How do I make Zapier see the custom form fields so they can be added into the Airtable columns?Thanks.
