Google Assistant be able to pull information and read it to you
I see that its pretty simple to have Google Assistant add things to other apps. I am trying to do the opposite. I want google assistant to be able to pull information from a cell on either google Sheets or excel. So in a nut shell I want to say “Hey Google…. How much is the water bill” And for Google Assistant to trigger, reading the total in the cell marked as “water bill”. Is this possible?
Zap Could Not Be Switched On

Zap not triggering with Salesforce checkbox
I have a Zap set up that I want to trigger when a checkbox is set to True, but I cannot get past the test stage, I keep getting a message ‘no records found’. I thought the answer would be in this article:but this isn’t providing a solution. I have tried using Field Updated To:TRUEtrueTrueYes1but none of these work. Am I missing something obvious?
How to look for keyword in Twitter list and create Airtable record?
Is the following possible?I have added select Twitter handles to a custom Twitter list.When any of the users in the list send a tweet with a certain keyword(s), I’d like to create an Airtable record.Note, I am familiar with how to create the Airtable record based on a trigger. I was seeing that Zapier includes certain search operators to trigger based off of certain keywords but I couldn’t quite figure it out in my tests.Alternatively, is there another way I should be thinking about this overall? I was thinking the list route was the way to go, but perhaps there's another way you have in mind in Zapier to search new Tweets for select handles for specific keywords.

Greetings.When using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud for any Actions that require a request ID.IE: Find Request in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud or Update Request in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud The test action always results in Example on simple lookup of a newly created request would be Ticket Request ID 577000002790258 exists. Troubleshoot error supplies no useful information.I am able to use Actions, such as write to Teams Channel and the Request ID will be outputted.Earlier examples Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
Charge a customer's credit card
Use case: End of day I have a Google Sheet with a list of all orders that were sent out that day. I would like a solution that allows me to tokenize cards and then charge each customer on the list through a loop.I cannot find any integrations that allow me to securely store a customer’s credit card or charge it later via an API trigger. Please help
Zap not triggering on bulk import into Source Data
I have a Zap setup that triggers when a new Record is created in one Source App and then creates it in another App. Zap 101 type stuff. It works when I create a single record in the Source App, however, when I import a CSV into the Source App the Zap does not trigger? The Zap is on, and has been on, and should trigger as a single entry triggers it. I am on Pro Account, so I cannot see why it would not work? Anyone have any thoughts?
"Move file in Dropbox" error - "file/folder not found"
Hey there all, quick question re. the Dropbox “Move File” action: I’m trying to use it in a multi-step zap where:A file is created in one dropbox folder (which serves as a sort of “inbox”) Then, a bunch of records are created in an Airtable base (not relevant here) A new folder gets created (a subfolder within another dropbox folder (Little delay, just in case) And once that’s done, the our friendly little file should be pushed into the folder the Zapp just created (to clear the inbox, if you will)Now, everything in this Zap works fine - except for the “Move File” action, which returns a “File/Folder not found” error. And that’s even though 1) both the file and destination folder exist, and 2) I’m using the “Path” values from Zap step 1 to specify the file via “Custom Value”, and the “Path” value from step 3 to specify the target destination … both of which seem to work because the Zap seems to pull the right data.I have no clue why this isn’t working; does anyone have an idea?Are file

Hello Zapier-Community,I am trying to automatically integrate a future Asana project into Basecamp3. New Project in Asana → Create To-do list in Basecamp → Put tasks from the project as To-dos into Basecamp.The Zaps for an existing project are no problem. It is working as intended.I would however like to automate the process. I created a Zap that creates a To-do list in Basecamp as soon as there is a new project in Asana, but to trigger the tasks I would have to create a new Zap.Is there a way to tell the zap to “take task of [newly created]-Project” and “put task into [newly created]-To-do list?Thank you for taking time and reading my question!

I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds. And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

Hello Zapier people! I need some help if possible with Zapier!I am trying to integrate a system with Google Docs.The idea is to be able to make quotes from CRM directly into Google Docs. But currently I have a challenge with transfering products prices and details as a table. Zapier mailbox cannot display or receive an email message with html
We created a Zapier mailbox where it can receive alerts to trigger a zap that will create a ClickUp task. We’ve also set-up an Gmail filter where it can automatically forward email filters to the Zapier mailbox.When we check the mail history of the Zapier mailbox, we received the email but the full message was not displayed. Only the subject was displayed but not the full alert message that was formatted using HTML. Thus leaving important information to display in a ClickUp task. When we manually forward the message. The message that was formatted using HTML is displayed.Is there any way we can extract HTML data from an auto forward email using the Email Parser?

Alright, so I’m trying to integrate Facebook lead ads with ActiveCampaignMy firm has these fields:First NameWork emailCompany name When a new lead happens in Facebook Lead Ads, I want it added to a specific list in ActiveCampaignProblem“Work email” data field is nowhere to find when I need to map the input for ActiveCampaign (see image)It is not further down the list either. Remove variable text from string.
I’m trying to pull out text from an email but remove the email thread of previous conversations to only end up with the reply. How do we get Zapier to add something to their daily Zap Activity email?
We currently have a Zap using Webhooks with 2 steps, so it uses 2 credits each time it runs. No problem with that, but it would be useful if the daily Zapier email showing activity would include the credit usage data so I can easily monitor that. I’d like to see the following included with the daily emailed report.

Hello all,general goal is to create a record in CRM once an email goes in. I have looked on the internet extensively but unfortunately not found the right thread :(I would like to create tags for emails that contain specific keywordsExample:If email content contains: “bathtub, toilet, toothbrush, shower” → set tag “bathroom”If email content contains: “couch, table, dinner, TV” → set tag “living room”+ fallback value; if keywords are not found: → set tag “house” The emails that come in can be quite different, so would not use a parser.I have thought about lookup table but it doesnt work because it cannot only extract the keywords. Would I have to use a zapier formatter “extract” beforehand?Is there maybe also another way? Cheers, Peter
Dynamically find and delete a spreadsheet row
When I receive a cancellation in rezdy I want to make a zap that will delete a Google Sheet row that was created before by another zap. I created an action Action Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets to look by name and date, and action Delete Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets, in which I was only able to add a manually add row and was unable to add a custom value that resulted in something other than an error, or connect it to search action. What can I do to make this work? Thank you!
Updating Pipedrive deal stage and/or new activity when email is received.
I’m new to Zapier trying to set up a zap with the conditions above. I’m having some difficulty setting up the automation, has anyone managed to get something similar working? Ideally when an email associated with a deal came in, it would change the stage and/or create a new activity to reply to the email when it’s received. Using outlook for emails. Thanks!

Hi everyone. I have a Slack form with a single select dropdown name “Region”. I have an asana task with a dropdown called “Region” with the same list values. In the Zapier workflow, I cannot insert a variable mapping the Slack “Region” field to the Asana “Region” Field. How can I do this? I can map the Slack dropdown to an Asana text field. But that’s it.
Stripe - How to filter more than one product?
Hi all!The triggers for Stripe are giving me a headache and I hope you’re smarter than me.I’ve got quite a few products listed in Stripe and I want to trigger a zap when someone buys one of them - but only that specific one. All I can find are things which seem to related to “buy anything”. Am I missing the obvious?
