I want my contacts automatically entered into Jobnimbus when the client fills out the service request form on my website. I have been asking for it but haven’t seen the way to do it. It makes no sense to enter the data into Jobnimbus. I want to eliminate this step. Can someone help please? I would also like to post my completed job photos on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and IG when the job is done. Is there a way to do this?
I have a Zap that creates an engagement with Hubspot. The engagement is to send an email. The Zap runs and an email is created in Hubspot for the contact, however the email is not sent? Hubspot says its been sent, but it has not. If I email manually from Hubspot it works fine. Anyone experience something like this??
I’m on the Free Plan and I created a single Zap connecting Shopify and Flodesk so that when someone abandons their cart after an hour (trigger) an email will be sent to them reminding them that they have something in their cart (action). After I created it, I was able to turn it on, however, after about a week Zapier turned the zap off and it won’t let me turn it back on unless I upgrade. From what I understand about the free plan, you get 5 single step zaps...why won’t it let me turn this zap on...what am I missing here?
Hey Everyone, I’m looking into Salesforce and Slack integration where I’d like a daily digest of tasks to be sent to a slack channel as a notification. Ideally that would be a daily trigger that Zapier launches and pulls a Salesforce report and sends it nicely organized to a Slack channel. From what I saw this doesn’t seem to be possible, if not are there any workarounds or intentions by Zapier to add this feature?

Hello, I get notifications from Carrot.com to my gmail anytime someone submits a form on my website. I would like to setup a Zap that allows me to automatically add those leads from my email to MailChimp as a new subscriber. The problem I’m having is that once those leads are read by Zapier, it doesnt separate the person’s name, email, and phone number the same way that I get this information via email. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I’m using the New File event to retrieve certain data from every new file and store them somewhere else. The data I’d like to retrieve includes the parent folders the file is in. For example, I put a test file inside a folder inside another folder. I’d like to get the name of both these folders. The data options I see only seem to retrieve the direct parent folder’s ID, which isn’t enough for me. Is there a piece of data I’m overlooking or is there simply no way to get all parents’ and their respective names? Thank you very much in advance!
I am trying to create a zap from Stripe to passion.io. I would like the payment button on my passion.io subdomain to take customers to stripe payment page, create a customer profile in stripe and give customers access to the program they purchased. However, I am not sure what triggers & actions I need to choose for the Zap. And Passion.io gave me an “access code” and I have no idea where that goes.
I created a zap that triggers when JotForm new submission and insert data to MySQL But each time new JotForm submission is created is not triggering zap. If I edit the zap, then look at Find Data section and load more data then only I see new submission. I’m aware of 15 minutes interval Zapier has, but it has gone hours and JotForm submissions only appears when I load data manually. Thanks
How are tasks counted for steps that lookup multiple Google Sheets rows? And email steps with multiple recipients?
Hi I have a Zap which includes a ‘Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support) in Google Sheets’ step. I am just wondering, would that step count as 1 task, or would a new task be counted for each matched row? Similarly, in the same Zap, I have a ‘Send Outbound Email’ step. The email may be sent to multiple recipients. In fact, the number of recipients is the same as the number of matched rows in the aforementioned step. Would Zapier count this step as 1 task, or would a new task be counted for each email recipient? I am just trying to work out which pricing plan I would need, so finding out the answer to this would be super helpful. Thank you, Ffion
Is there a way to have multiple search values in zaps before new contacts are added to Salesforce? For example, we have zaps from Shopify, Eventbrite and Gravity Forms. John Doe could use his work email for one, personal email for another, and his email from high school for one but they are all related to the same person. Is there a way to have the zaps flag it and not import so it can be reviewed manually to ensure that John Doe isn’t created as a duplicate in our Salesforce instance?
I am using Zapier to push data from Ninja Forms to our Airtable CRM database. I just added the Strong Testimonials plugin and I want to push Testimonial submissions to our database but I don’t see a way to add the Zapier code for this. Does anyone have a solution?
Hello everyone! I’m trying to set up a zap that has a trigger in LinkedIn (new outgoing message) that results in a new contact creation in SalesForce. I don’t have the Sales version of LInkedIn, which it appears that you need? Is this true? When I try to set up the zap, it mixes them up and thinks it’s SalesForce to SalesForce. It can’t seem to catch the trigger in LInkedIn, even though that is what I put in the field. Any advice? Thanks, Stephanie
I HAVE A ZAP THAT POSTS A YOUTUB VIDEO ON LINKEDIN AND MEDIUM …. WHEN THE YOUTUBE VIDEO GOES FROM UNLISTED TO PUBLISHED IT SHOULD TRIGGER THE SOCIAL SHARING : IT USED TO WORK BUT NOW I REALIZED IT IS NOT WORKING. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PUBLISH A VIDEO IN YOUTUBE , ONE IS FROM THE VIDEOS LIST JUST CLICKING ON STATUS CHANGE, THE OTHER ONE IS FROM TH VIDEO EDITOR AND REQUIRES TH VIDEO SETTING CHANGE TO B SAVED. WHAT TO DO SPECIFICALLY? I TURNED THE ZAP ON AND OFF AND RECONNECTED THE CONNECTION BUT I AM UNSURE WHAT TO DO NEXT? ANYONE CAN HELP?
Step 1 (Trigger) - When new submission is made on Jotform - successful Step 2 (Action) - Book an appointment on Calendly - this is where I run into trouble. I have connected Calendly as an app on Zapier. I see the Calendly option in the editor, but there are no “action event” options provided. I do have a Pro account on Calendly. Not sure how to finish creating this zap.
Hello all, I’m working on connecting a google sheet with a cloud Firestore database. In the process, I’ve successfully connected the two and the information is getting transmitted as a record within the Firestore database, but because of the data types being assumed by Zapier, I’m running into some issues. For example, one of the information fields being transmitted is an “address” field. Right now, if the address was filled as “1234 Example St”, Zapier automatically changes the data type into a number and inputted that address as 1234 in my Firestore database instead of a string “1234 Example St”. I’m wondering if it’s possible to set certain fields to transmit certain data types only? Another example is translating booleans into Firestore. ‘false” within the input field returns a string entry by Zapier in the Firestore record. If I could set certain fields to be certain data types exclusively, I could bypass this issue, although I can't seem to find any threads or documentat
Hey all! I am trying to remove a piece of data from a list of Shopify tags. So far I have used formatted to create line items from the list which does this (exactly what I needed, or so I thought): So 1: 21-07-2020 is the data I need to use in a step further along. But when I try to pull it, I just get this: If anyone has any insight it would be HUGELY appreciated!
