PROBLEM: I am trying to determine when a string contains less than 10 characters, the problem is the input is two separate strings so when I count the string it counts two lengths not the total length, this requires me to use Utilities (Line-item to string), Utilities (Find Length), Filter (Number less than 10). this is a very expensive zap because of how many steps it takes to count both inputs.GOAL: To count the number of inputs, in this case it would be 2 or to find the total string length of both combined inputs without the extra steps. I am trying to determine when a technician leaves less than 2 estimates on a job. This is given by the amount of Estimate IDs. In this example the technician left two estimates, but it took 3 steps just to be filtered out. Hello, I want to connect LiveChat with JIRA Service Desk and when a ticket of a specific group is created in LiveChat then a ticket is created in our JIRA Service Desk Project. I managed to do that but for all LiveChat tickets. I want tickets of a specific group in LiveChat to follow this zap, not all LiveChat tickets.How can I specify the group and where?
Hi,I am using zapier to integrate with monday. When an appointment is reschedule via acuity i want that the new date and the time to be updated in monday.With the reschedule possibility in zapier now is the update one specific appointment. How can i do an integration that is automatically looks which item it should update?In zapier when i use the reschedule option in zapier , only the specific item /id in that workflow is being updated. No new one will be updated.Marwin
Currently, we have multiple appointments scheduled on a google calendar, and we created a zap to send a text message, via heymarket, 2 hours before the scheduled visit (using the description section to house their phone number). We are trying instead to send out a text to every customer scheduled for that day at 8 am, regardless of their appointment’s start time. I have been struggling to hack together a solution and any assistance would be super helpful! For background with what we currently have set up:Google Calendar is our first node and it says that all events with term Daily Visit, trigger a text 2 hours prior to event. HeyMarket is the second node in our current zap and all it is doing is referencing a daily reminder template and sending the text to the phone number located in the description section of the google calendar appointment.
I have created a zap that fires when a salesforce opportunity is Closed/Won. When the Opportunity is closed/won, it then grants an offer in Kajabi. A very straight forward zap. I have gone through the process in the test phase of zapier and everything works perfectly - Zapier reads the opportunity in Salesforce and grants the offer. However, when I turn the zap on it doesn’t work Zapier doesn’t seem to be picking up the data from salesforce - there are no error messages. What i can’t understand is why it picks up data from salesforce when testing, but not when it is live. We have multiple other zaps where Salesforce is the end point, however this is the only one where salesforce is the trigger. Is anyone able to help me work out why this isn’t working?
Hello! We have a multi-step Zap set up with a series of delays for when someone signs up for our text platform. Example…customer signs up delay 1 day text A goes out delay 3 days text B goes out delay 5 days text C goes outA large group of customers (over 100) are being notified as an error. If we reply the errors we are worried that none of the texts will go out b/c now were are well past all the delay times OR will they all go out at once? Any insight would be so appreciated!
@Liz_Roberts Hi Liz I have something related but a little different. We have a subscription services. People join and pay with credit card recorded in Stripe. The Stripe transaction file shows the total amount, then it shows the Transaction Fees broken into several pieces one fee to Stripe, one fee to our platform provider, another field which shows the sum of the 2 fees. We use Wave bookkeeping within which we have created Transaction Fee accounts in order to capture each related fee. These too are visible in Zapier for mapping to. So far so good. However, when I create the Zap ‘New Charge in Stripe / Record Sale in Wave’ even though I have several fields to choose from, I can only map to one of the Wave accounts. What I need is to be able to select one of the Payment Processing Fee Amount in the Stripe file then map to the Payment Processing Fee Account in Wave. Then then repeat it 1-2 more times so all Transaction Fees in the original Stripe file are matched to the corresponding W

But my updates are going out with delay. They are not posting as per the correct time. My timezone on Zapier is also correct. Is there any solution to stop the updates posting on the wrong time (delay)? Thank you.Zameer.

New to Zapier, so I may be making an obvious mistake.I’m trying to create a Zap that takes a new record from Airtable, creates a Bitlink in bit.ly, and then updates the Airtable record with the short Bit.ly URL.Everything works except for one thing. The Bitlink that’s created has two fields - URL and Title. The URL is created properly from the Airtable LongURL field, but the Title field in Bit.ly also gets populated with the original LongURL from Airtable, instead of the Title field from Airtable.Everything appears to work correctly in the Zap test. I’m using the Airtable Title field to update the Bit.ly Title field. Can’t figure out what’s wrong.Strangely, it worked properly *once*, updating the Bit.ly Title using the Airtable Title. I don’t know if that was random or if it was something I did unknowingly.Anyone experience this issue with Bit.ly? Seems more likely that I’m doing something wrong than a bug, but I can’t figure out what it is.
I can’t find anything about whether or not our FB leads can REPLY to the automatic SMS text that is being triggered?I’ve seen several automatic SMS’s go out tonight but no replies, and they all come in on the same thread.If they CAN reply directly to the text, what does it look like? How would I know which lead I’m communicating with?If they CAN NOT reply, what app or automation can I use to enable back and forth texting?Thank you!
I am trying to connect my Woocommerce store, specifically my Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin to Active Campaign. I want to create a zap that adds a new subscriber to a list and then if they cancel their subscription, they are then removed from that list. My goal is to be able to have a list that just contains my current subscribers to be able to communicate with them directly. I believe I have accomplished the first step of the process which is when I get a new Woo subscriber, a zap is triggered to add or update the contact to a new list. But I am not quite sure how I accomplish the second part, which is to remove that contact from the list if they cancel their Woo subscription. Any help or insights as to how to create this would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
Hi guys. I’m trying this zap (https://zapier.com/app/editor/99671358?simple=true), which is already premade, to automatically upload Slack files to OneDrive. By default, it works great. The problem is that when you only want to upload those files from a specific channel (see custom option in the screenshot below), the zap won’t work. I checked the task log and it doesn’t even trigger. That doesn’t happen when no channel is selected. I checked the following thread:But the problem is not exactly the same. When testing the zap, it works. But then it won’t trigger when a new file is shared in the Slack channel configured. Do you know what could be happening?
