I’m looking for a way to connect Microsoft Forms to email. Yes, I know the owner of the form gets a notification when a response is submitted, but I’m looking for a way to send the response to different people based on responses in the form. I don’t see Forms in Zapier at all. I do see that Forms puts responses in Excel, but it seems to be a downloadable Excel sheet, not Excel online. So I’m stuck. I realize the obvious answer is to not use MS Forms at all. But I’m looking for something that requires the user to be logged in with Microsoft within my organization to submit a response. I’d appreciate any ideas!

Hi, I’m trying the template with Bigquery trigger to send an email through gmail as I’d like to check if zapier would be suitable tool for me. I have tested my bigquery trigger and seems to be working fine but when I try to access the row level data to customize the body of the email (or any other field for that matter) I get the following error that says that the query has expired. However, if I run the same query again in the bigquery console I get cached results which should mean that the results haven’t expired yet. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?
I have an integration with Webflow and memberstack. I get an error stating The app returned "Site is published to multiple domains at different times" when trying to setup. I’m only published to one domain (both www and non-www - the non-www is set as my default ). I’ve unpublished and republished but no luck. Any idea for me? not sure what to try next...
Hello! I have a zap that triggers when a specific appointment type is scheduled in Acuity. When this appointment is scheduled, I want a tag to be added to the customer’s profile in Shopify. Seems really simple. I pull in the appointment data from acuity, add an action step to update customer in shopify. Under the “customer” field for the shopify action step, I add the email address of the customer from the Acuity trigger and manually add “VIP” as a tag. When I test, I get The app returned “Not Found.” I have verified this customer exists in shopify, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I even tried a filter to find customer in shopify and then pulled the email from the found customer into the customer field to update, I get the same error. Thoughts? Hello to all Community MembersI am new to Zapier and I am having hard time achieving the following: Zap 1: Pulls the Event IDs and stores them in a listZap2: Pick one of the event IDs from the list mentioned above and get all registrations against that event ID. Now store these in a different table or write them to another platform. Having a hard time creating a lookup table that can store the list and can be called from the 2nd ZAP. Can someone please help with what Zapier tool should I use. Thanks a lot.
Hey all, I am trying to integrate accessally but the zapier option seems to be missing from my accessally settings. According to instructions there should be a zapier integration tab on my accessally settings, but it is not there?This is what I see But this is what the instructions say I should see Has anyone ran into this problem before? I am trying to set up a connection between square and airtable. we have basically two inventories - one of new items which is in square, and a second which are collectible items that we have in airtable. we are trying to have some of the airtable inventory accessible through square (online or in the store). So i have it set up to import the desired items into square, but i would like the two apps to communicate when the item sells. I would like to update “quantity” and “in stock” fields. any idea? is this a webhooks situation? a little internet diving says yes...maybe?
Hi, So I have an API call that I make to look to see who is scheduled. But instead of it it returning me the actual data, it returns me IDs. So when I really want to get Who: JohnStart Time: 09:00End Time: 12:00 Who: FredStart Time: 12:00End Time: 13:00etc Instead I get Who: 12355Start Time: 09:00End Time: 12:00 Who: 12356Start Time: 12:00End Time: 13:00etc Needless to say, to me, 12355 is meaningless to me as a human Thankfully I can call another API call that contains a reference of people and similar for places. So 12355 : John12356: Fredetc My questions is, how can I smash these together in Zapier? As what I want is the first thing, that tells me in English, who the person is! I’ve made the zap work, by manually hard coding the data in the second API call myself using a lookup table.But this fails whenever we get new people added to the list. I thought maybe I could dynamically populate the lookup table from the API, but I dont think this is possible? The other work around woul
Hello, I’m having an issue updating a Google Calendar event. There are four steps involved in the calendar updating (as well as a bunch of non-related steps in the zap). Please note that I have the time zone in my Zapier profile set to Eastern. Step 1 is to format the start date and time. This outputs: 01/28/2022 12:28 Step 2 formats the end date and time.This outputs: 01/28/2022 13:28 Step 3 finds the event in Google Calendar (which works fine, no problem there). Step 4 updates the event in Google Calendar using the previously found event. I use the outputs from two Formatter steps as the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time However, no matter how many different variations of date formats I try, I get this error. Anyone come across an issue where Zapier shows your zap runs succesfully, the log shows the email was sent - however the recipient doesn’t receive the email and it doesn’t show in the sent items of the email account (ie; not sent)? Zap has been working fine for months.App is connected properly.Email account is working, tested.

Hi community, New user here, first post. I am going through the process of trying to create a Zap between Podio and Google Docs. I have an engineering company and I am trying to create a Google Doc draft (to later edit) in order to create a proposal for clients. I first enter all the project and client data into a Podio App and from there I would like to click a button that says “Generate Proposal” and use all the data entered into Podio to automatically create the Google Doc draft. I get stuck at “Action Type” - see image below. Thanks in advance!
Is there a Zap that will create a WordPress user from a new contact in an active campaign? The following is what we think we need. Other suggestions are welcome!Website visitors fill out an AC form on the site Visitor is subscribed to a specific list in AC now Zap adds the newly added (or updated) user to our WordPress site with: Membership in a specific Learn Dash Group (which then grants access to a course). Contact receives a registered user notification from the site (this should be automatic in WordPress - no zap needed). Thanks for your suggestions!
I am building a zap to trigger a new row in MySQL when I create a new record in Adalo. My issue is that Adalo stores their date in the format YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00:000Z and MySQL store it as YYYY-MM-DD. As a result, I’ve created a zap action to change the format of the date input to one that works with MySQL. The following two screenshots show this process in action with the date input, and the finished test with final date output. I have set up the final step to populate the Date Created column in MySQL with the date output from the reformatting step (now it’s in the form YYYY-MM-DD)However, when I run the final step I still receive the same error that the date created in MySQL cannot be of the format YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00-05:00. The new row sent to MySQL shows a Date Created with the format YYYY-MM-DD. Any advice on how to address this issue and have the date formatting allow for a successful zap build is greatly appreciated.
Is it possible to have an entire form submission sent as a document from Google Form into my CRM? It doesnt really matter the format so .doc, PDF, xlsx, csv, etc. It is just for rebuttal purposes with clients so as long as the info is there then it’s cool. I have spent about 3 hours so far looking at this with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hi,We’ve connected a specific user’s Salesforce account to a Zap, under the impression that the zap would only trigger when a new event is created or updated from that Salesforce user’s account. However, it appears that the zap is triggering when other salesforce users create new events or edit them. Is there a way to specify either that the zap only triggers for a specific user? Or for a specific Event Record type in Salesforce?
I am struggling to get all the information I want over in my zaps. I have 3 different zaps I am trying to create between clio and MONDAY. First one: When new client is added in CLIO, create a new item in MONDAY. I can do this and add name and client ID, but I am also wanting the assigned attorney and matter type to come over. That data is in clio, but I do not see it as an option to sync over into MONDAY when I try to create a new client or matter.Second zap: I would like updates in MONDAY (written in the updated section) to be moved back into clio communications. When I try to make this zap it gives me columns to choose from, but “updates” in MONDAY is not a column.Third zap: I would like payment information from clio to update in MONDAY; when a payment is received it updates on a ledger board in MONDAY.I am open to hiring someone to help me with these, I am not sure in hiring the pros who would be able to help in these specific scenarios with these softwares.
I travel a lot and I don’t always have the time to check my Discover Weekly and Release Radar playlists which are automatically updated by Spotify once a week. My goal is to automatically add all new tracks when the original playlists are updated so I don’t lose any new suggested tracks so I can go through new music once I get a chance.Couldn’t do it myself but hopefully there’s a way to do it.Thanks!
In the development stage and looking to use Typeform to capture leads and then distribute captured leads via email to various recipients. While I realize that can be done with relative ease, is there any way to distribute these captured leads to email addresses within with a zip code radius? Users will define their zip code as well as their preferred radius in the Typeform. I appreciate any advice as to the feasibility of this as well as the Zapier integrations that could make this happen. Thanks!
Hi all,First time I’m trying to use webhooks by Zapier, and I”m running into a problem - I’m trying to retreive the ‘hosted_invoice_url’ paramter using the webhook, but i’m not sure what to fill in the ‘Query String Params’ fields in order to get the info.The authorization and url parts seem to work fine.I’ve attached a screenshot - any idea what am I doing wrong?Thanks.
