Is there a way to ZAP Amazon and Ebay customers and put them in MailChimpWe need this as we offer extended warranty’s and need a way to send this info to our customers. Currently the only way we can work out how to do this is by individually cutting and pasting our message for each customer. And this take yonksCheers
I have a Zap with four consecutive similar steps; two of those steps work and two of them don’t, and I can’t figure out why. This Zap begins by taking an HTML email and converting it to Markdown. The relevant section of that email is as follows (proprietary information changed): Customer: | **ACME Corporation**Representative:| **John Smith**Service Location:| **New York City**Agreement Number:| **G123456** The Customer line has a space between : and |, while the next three lines do not; I account for this in the expressions. Using the Formatter Extract Pattern tool, I set up the following 4 steps, each using the output of the HTML to Markdown step as its input:Step 5, meant to extract the Customer name:Customer\: \| \*\*(.*?)\*\*This works as expected, and returns:output:0: ACME Corporation_end: 326_matched: true_start: 271Step 6, meant to extract the Representative name:Representative\:\| \*\*(.*?)\*\*This returns:output:_matched: falseIf I change the input on this step from the whole
Hi all, I want to use the delay step from Zapier in order to save some steps. I basically have a scenario where attendees sign up for a course, they are sent reminders 1 week before the course, then 1 day before the course. At the moment I use to Zaps to do this. I want to use one zap that sends a reminder 1 week before, then delays for 6 days and then send the final reminder. My question, what if some one cancels their attendance to the course a after the 1 week reminder? I obviously don’t want to send them the final reminder 6 days later, however, I want the zap to run to remind others. Would the option to be to add a filter on the next step to remove the canceled user? Also, is the delay step affected if the Zap is switched off and then back on i.e is the data, relating to what is scheduled to queue, stored anywhere else? Cheers

HelloJust new to Zapier so please bare with :-) I would like to pull thru todoist tasks to Excel (online) via Zapier, all working OK with the “Content” and “Due Date” but I cannot fathom how to pull thru comments (or attachments). I appreciate that Excel might not be the best target for this Zap as it presumably will create a many (Todoist comment) to one (Excel) relationship. Done a lot of searching but cannot find an example of how to do this. Could anyone please advise?Thanks
I’m trying to add new optins from ManyChat as a new row into a Google Sheet for tracking for a client. They are currently adding everyone manually just as a blank, normal row and then color-coding fields as certain actions are taken by that “lead” such as “call booked”, “needs followup”, etc. When I use the Zapier integration to add a new row, it’s copying the background colors and text styles from the row above it, rather than just adding new data without any styling. This is problematic, obviously, since the new rows will be added with incorrect colors. Any way around this? Thanks!

In the third step, I created a Regex expression and it works OK, according to what I saw in my task log:The problem here is that I cannot figure out how to use the string I extracted above in my Jira issue. Is there a way to set up a zap to run only after a tracking number has been added to a successful eBay sale?I’ve tried using the Filter option with the following:Only Continue If “Fulfillment Hrefs” Condition “Exists”This works in test mode when there is a tracking number in the fulfillment hrefs on eBay, however, when the zap is turned on and it is live it fails on all new successful eBay sales.Going by the Task History this zap stops at the filter stage as there is no tracking number in “Fulfillment Hrefs” at the time of the zap firing. Once a tracking number is added to the successful eBay sale the zap does not fire even after replying the zap. I have also tried the following:Only Continue If “Fulfillment Hrefs” Condition “Boolean (is true)”This behaves the same way as Only Continue If “Fulfillment Hrefs” Condition “Exists” Has anyone been able to get a zap to fire when the successful eBay sale is updated with a tracking number for shipping?
I have a Wix Store and use it sell a digital product (ad hoc, not recurring) - invoices are automatically created on completion of a purchase and the invoice sent via email by Wix. I would like to have the invoice detail transferred to Xero for accounting purposes. I have set up a Automation in Wix that is triggered by Wix Store: Purchase Complete with action be Connect To Zapier. My problem is that the data I can access on testing the ZAP is below. This is limited data from a recurring invoice and does not include everything Xero requires to creat an invoice. No contact, number of items etc. Am I stuck with this? Hi community, We use zapier to integrate leads from google ads campaigns to our CRM. We have a few campaigns running at the moment with different zaps for each campaign. The final objective is that the leads will go into our CRM propalry, meaning separated for each campaign, ad group and ad. Is there a way to use dynamic fields to setup utm's as dynamic parameters values? and, can we use the same zap for a few campaigns with dynamic parameters? Is that recommended or should we use a different zap for each campaign? Hi.I’m using an RSS feed to create Collection Items in Webflow. So far I’ve successfully created new and updated existing Collection Items.The tricky bit is when I’m trying to set a Collection Item to archived when it’s removed from the RSS.The RSS feed includes a spesific ID which is stored in “Storage by Zapier”, along with the Item ID from WebFlow. I want to check if the ID from the RSS exist, and if it don’t, then update the item with that ID in WebFlow to Archived.
Hi, I am unable to find the correct trigger for Ecwid check out opt in to marketing emails subscription tick box. Has anyone been able to set up an OhWo mailing list to Ecwid? Ecwid generate a .csv file of any customers that decide to opt in, so I need that to automatically trigger and send customer details from this file to Ohwo. (and, I cannot change the incorrect spelling of Ecwid in the title bar to this question!)
What we want:When a new booking happens from SimplyBook (trigger), we want a Multiple Selection field to be appended with a new entry (end-point), which is the date of the newly booked event. Hello! I hope you are well. I have set up the predefined zap “Create Microsoft To-Do tasks for new or updated Google Calendar events”. This is great because it pulls everything from my work calendar into my to do list. However, what I am now trying to achieve is if I alter the due date of a task in Microsoft To-Do then it alters the event date in Google Calendar. For example, if I create an entry in my calendar for “Job 1” today it automatically gets pulled into my to do list with a due date of today with the existing zap, but if something comes up and I change the due date to next week, I want the new zap to then move that event in my Google Calendar. I’m using Revue (getrevue.com) for my Newsletter.My website is running on Webflow.Users can signup for my newsletter which works great.But when a subscriber already exists the user doesn't get an error message about it.What happens instead is that the user gets the usual e-mail with the confirmation link but when the user clicks on the link I get the message: This confirmation token is invalid.Any tips how I can make this flow more user friendly?Thanks!Erika
