Hey guys! So I am trying to post from my RSS FEED to my FB account, then when that happens, I would like the same post to go to my IG Account. I have it set up, however, when the FB to IG fires, it puts 3 of the same posts on my IG page and I have to go delete 2 of them. I dont know why it’s doing that. Can someone please help? Derek
So I have been up and down with Zapier trying to find a way to extract a single custom field items from a Clickup task and put it into a google sheet. Thus far all Zapier seems to offer is to give a full extraction of ALL custom field titles. Such as if you had a custom field of Name, Address, Phone, etc., it would actually just export the words “Name, Address, Phone, etc.” Then it will allow you to extract the custom field values. So in this case it would extract the return values of “Sally Smith, 111 Birch ave., 555-555-5555, etc.”. However, I don’t want to deal with a full blown extract. I just want one section on the custom field that has a specific color. So the title of that field would be “Color” And the value would be “Blue” I’d like those “extracted” TOGETHER. Is this possible?
Hi, I’m on a Free (Legacy) Plan but all my tasks are stuck on HOLD. I get the following error: This Google Sheets step was held because you’ve met your plan limits My task counter shows 5/100. Are there other API limits that I can’t see? Thank You
PLEASE HELP I made a bunch of klavio flows and emails but did not have any email to send them through so i created a g suite account, but have no idea hwo to link the two so that whenever someone subscribes to my newseltter or something klaviyo can send what it needs to send through g suite. I tried to link them up already but did not know how to do it!!
I have been trying to get the form submission to Webflow multi collection field via Webhooks using PUT request. I have been scratching my head for last 5 days getting past this, still stuck here. The reason why i’m using PUTis because i want the old data to be replaced when the form submission is triggered. Any help or insights with regards to this will be highly appreciated :/
When trying to put in the API + Email address to authenticate Cloze, it gives an error. I’m 1,000% sure the email address is correct & I’ve removed/recreated new API codes 3x’s but with no avail. I keep on getting this error: “authentication failed: The app returned "The user account does not have sufficient permissions for this feature" Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information Yet, I only receive the ALLOW / ACCEPT pop-up once, pre approved it and allowed, but still having the same issue. Hi everyone! Zendesk - Pipedrive Integration. I have a problem. Trigger (New ticket in Zendesk -> New note in Pipedrive) only works for one user, which is specified when setting up the trigger. How do I make it work for all users at the same time?
I’m catching facebook leads from ad forms and posting it to our CRMs. The issue came in just this week. It was working flawlessly before. And the issue effected all our zaps doing the same job. Zaps didn’t catch all the leads. It missed or skipped through them. After looking at tasks i came to know those leads were never caught by zapier. I need to know how to fix it? How to prevent it? And i need a solid reason on why this happened. These leads cost a lot of money and we don’t want to lose them. I am working with JobAdder (recruitment platform). I would like to set up a Zap so that an email is sent (through Mailchimp) to a candidate on: their start date start date + 2 weeks start date + 6 weeks start date + 12 weeks start date + 20 weeks I can only seem to delay the email based on a New/Changed Candidate Status. Is it possible to base it off the “Start Date” in Placement information? Thanks
i have tried the slack integration an an iphone google assistant. just used your integration, dos not work. namely the phone does not trigger the zap. what to do? I tried to integrate with the app zoom.ai but we do not even start the communication, has someone developed this integration? to me it is only two apps flow , seemed simple but it dos not even start. is there a specific youtube video demo about using google assistant on iphone?
Hi I'm trying use Zapier to create a new userstory in Azure DevOps when a new task is created in Asana. I have managed to set rule up but my issue is the name of the task in Asana doesn't not transfer to the Devop Userstory. I'm not sure which title option to choose in the set up to get it working I have tried a couple with no success
I am attempting to add a value to a multi-select contact property type without clearing the previous data. Does anyone have any tricks for this? The multi-select value options are dates formatted like, “May 20, 2020” So I want to be able to add another date without removing the other values that are selected for already.
Everyday I get an email with a link to a report of how much my trucking company spent on fuel. I download that CSV doc to my computer and then drag and drop it into a CSV block in Airtable and all the transactions get added. How can I automate the downloading the document and adding it to Airtable?
I am facing an issue with my existing Zap. Problem background: I have created a google form that asks the users to upload pictures. I want to create unique folders on my google drive for every form response that I receive and that pictures will be stored in that folder with the name of the user. Getting the error in Google drive: File empty (required)
I’m trying to extract a pattern using REGEX and it works just fine in regex101 and in Integromat. But in Zapier it doesn’t return the value. Is there some formatting error I’m running into? I noticed that while creating my ZAP, on the trigger page, zap is connected to my google form and i see all the columns of my form. In the action page, I put all corresponding google form fields into my pipedrive fields and the Zapier says “missing title” Not only that, i tried putting a normal text, which is my name, the zap now worked. But when i fill the google form, Zapier never pulls any infomation from my google form. What to do next?
I’m trying to use the New User in Slack trigger to alert me when new users from other teams join a shared channel. I’ve set up the Zap, but I’m unclear if this will actually trigger when a new user joins a Shared Channel instead of a regular channel. Can anyone clarify this for me?
I have previously set up a ZAP to send information submitted through a Ninja Form to create a registrant on a Zoom webinar. However, I have tried to replicate this now for a new webinar and the ZAP doesn’t seem to be working. There are no error messages on the ZAP and everything is set up ok. Ninja Forms is also recognising the form submission, however it’s not feeding through to the Zoom webinar registrant list. Is anyone able to troubleshoot this for me?
Help! I have a google sheet with three columns, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” which i would like “teleported” to a gotowebinar happening tomorrow. I’ve wasted 4 hours trying to complete this but am constantly stuck on The registrant could not be sent to GoToWebinar. Required field "First Name" (firstName) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (lastName) is missing. Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I simply cannot figure out what I may be doing wrong and whatever I’ve read so far is not helping either. Can someone take pity on me and land me a hand to complete this zap. Please? Thank you so much! nico
