Hi everyone,I’m trying to connect Outlook calendar with Notion table to take meeting notes for every meeting. Everything about that is working fine but I have trouble with recurring meetings. My first trigger was “When a new event is created” and of course that won’t work for recurring meetings so I tried to set is as “Calendar Event Start in Microsoft Outlook” so it will trigger Zap for example 30 minutes before. And it should theoretically work but seems like it doesn’t. If you have any ideas how to fix this I would really appreciate that. Thanks.

Hello,I’m trying to add subscribers from a Wix subscriber form into my audience in Mailchimp.While configuring my Zap, for the Subscriber email field i select from the Wix automation list “Contact.email firstname.lastname@example.org”.But then I got the error message when testing my zap : “ Invalid Resource - email@example.com has signed up to a lot of lists very recently; we're not allowing more signups for now.”Any idea how i could do ?Thanks in advance.
Hi,I have a Zap where I create a Google Doc form a template. All the placeholders that are part of the template body are being fetched. The once in the footer unfortunately do not display in Zapier. Does anyone knows a workaround or a solution?

We started to use Octoparse (web scraper) on a regular schedule as a trigger. It works well, but every now and then stops actually triggering. The solution seems to be to turn off the zap and then back on again. After that, it will work for a while, but then stops again. Has anyone else seen this issue and know how to solve it?

I’m trying to do a zap for a google calendar event. I have the right search terms identifying the event yet the zap isn’t finding the attendees emails for the event to initiate an email - see below “no data”. Is there a step I’m missing to extract the emails from the event to use in the zap to inform the next step (sending them an email)?

Hi there. I’m trying to speed up a workflow where an organization’s newsletter is being sent out via Gmail using members of a group/label contained in Google Contacts. Hello, I am currently trying to set up a trigger that automatically sends clients that purchased a class of mine to receive instructions to sign waiver before attending in person. I have not been successful trying to make a trigger for Calendly x Waiver forever x zapier outbound email to solve this problem. My outbound email from zapier keeps adding just my most recent email address of client who purchased class. And also don’t know if I even need to send an additional email. Can’t there be a prompt directly from Calendly page? I also added a custom link but doesn’t seem to be a great option to ensure that customer fills it out Please help!!
Looking for a way to automatically run an export of a CSV that includes transaction data like order id, email, phone number but without an API. Email parser doesnt include enough data needed so the api and webhook idea was the next thought. Is there a way instead export a CSV file from a button on the website set for a certain time each day so I can then run the formatter zap and other things to get it into google sheets, airtable, slack, etc?
I created a zap to add new labeled Gmail messages to Airtable. The trigger label is “Add to Airtable”. I do not use conversation view in Gmail. My issue is the message URL added to Airtable opens the original message in a conversation. I want the URL to open the actual email that I labeled.
When creating line items it uses comma separated lists to create each individual list, I have tried do the same for the tracking categories but it doesn’t seem to work.If I manually input a single tracking category it will assign that value to both, but with a comma separated list nothing happens. What am I missing?
