Square error: Failed to create a paid order in Square, could not create an order

  1. I keep getting a error message (se screen shot) when trying to create a sale from Podia to Square. It says “customer with (email address) not found”
  2. I had chosen the email as the customer ID option when creating the item. Is that incorrect?

Hi @akane 

Good question.

Square expects the Customer ID, not the Customer Email.

Try adding a Square Find/Create Customer step first, then map the returned Customer ID.

Good question.

Square expects the Customer ID, not the Customer Email.

Try adding a Square Find/Create Customer step first, then map the returned Customer ID.

can anyone help with this? im getting this error 

Failed to create a paid order in Square

Could not create an order. Invalid value for order.line_items[0].base_price_money.currency
