I’ve been able to do the following:create a new issue in Slack when a Linear ticket is created find the message in Slack See the first Slack threaded commentWhere i’m stuck: I can’t see any follow up threaded comment. I’d like Zapier to track a specified Slack thread and post those individual Slack posts as a new comment in the Linear ticket.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 app and custom fields
I’m curious of other people’s experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Zapier app and mainly around custom lookup fields on certain entities, I have found several issues with the app which looks like it’s not usable at all (as in will always be broken based on the payload data it sends). It doesn’t appear to confirm to the Dynamics 365 API requirements in some areas for fields like lookups.Here’s an example payload Zapier is sending when testing a Contact and lead creation zap. The contact record is created just fine, and then the ID of the contact is passed to the lead step. I suspect the contact is created because it’s just standard fields and no lookups. I receive daily business emails from my co-workers every morning.One of my daily tasks is to check the specifications of the work in the mail and write a manufacturing design for the product.I want to automate this.The order is as follows.1. Crawl the required work specification in the mail contents.2. Send the information to Google spreadsheet3. Automatically create a manufacturing design by adding functions by work history from a spreadsheet.4. Finally, reply to my Outlook mail with the completed sheet.The problem is that I'm trying to work with zapier, but I can't find the ability to crawl items with specific syntax or rules in the mail content.I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there is such a function.

Hi guys,I can connect FB Messenger API and pull data of customer chats into spreadsheet just fine.But what I’m trying to do is to also retrieve the reply chat (and it’s timestamp) to the spreadsheet.So, i know how long it takes, for each of my FB agent to reply to the message. How to filter for different products in Stripe
Hello everyone,I'm Giuseppe and I consider myself a fairly knowledgeable user of Zapier. I have the same request expressed in this thread:I have several payment links on Stripe linked to different products but in some cases with the same price. Setting the trigger event as "New Payment" I can't filter or create paths based on the product in any way. It seems that Zapier doesn't recognize data such as the product name, description or some metadata that we have entered as tags. How do I set up a Typeform questionnaire and calculate a price in Google Sheets from the answers?
Hi there!I'm hoping to get some help with integrating my Typeform and Google Sheet. I have a questionnaire set up in Typeform and I'd like to take the combination of answers from the user and have it calculate a price in Google Sheet (combinaison between brand, category and size of a clothes). Then, I'd like for that price to appear as the result for the user on the same Typeform.Has anyone successfully done this before and could share some tips or guidance? My Zap wont publish and turns off when its on, no error message.
Every time i turn on my Zap it instantly turns off when i refresh the page. I have another zao on so i dont understand why this one wont turn on. Ive tried every solution but it wont work. I connected calendly to pipedrive. There are no erros, i have paid subscriptions to each of the apps, 2fa is on for all of them, i completely re did it mulitple times, created copies. but nothing is working. i can even get it to turn on every time i refresh it turns off so i have no history to look at. I need this fixed by Monday or im going to have to find a new service to use. please help out.
mailparser, where to find the original recipient
Hi, we are sending mails in “CC” to the zapier mailparser. For further processing i would like to extract the original recipient the mail was send to. Unfortunately the original recipient is replaced by the mailbox and the original recipient is lost. Is there any workaround to get the real recipient for this mail.Kind Regards Michael
Documents get added in Google Drive as text documents instead of as files
I have Zap where I want to take a file from a newly created ContentDocument record (PDF) in Salesforce and upload it to a Google Drive. I cannot seem to define the “File” need as it is required in the Zap. No matter which URL I use, the document that gets added in Google Drive is simply a text document with strange HTML markup which I’ve included in the screenshot below. Referencing Content Document URL in the ZAP (Private)- Text document sent Google Drive with HTML markup instead of PDF Using Salesforce standard URL in this test Referencing Content Document public link manually created on the Content Document record. Despite referencing the “Public” link in the test ZAP, this also generated a strange text file in the Google Drive with HTML markup. Please advise. Is what I want to do possible within Zapier?
Old Zap Info still populating in current Zap
Hey all! Didn’t really know how to look up why this is happening and by all accounts it shouldn’t, but let’s see what you have to say.I created my first zap where someone who signs up for a Calendly slot has their info populate on a Monday.com board. The first zap I made had some errors, and there were things that didn’t translate over (couldn’t get the address question on Calendly to populate in an address spot on Monday, etc). I currently have one zap active, and everything looks good. However, when it takes something from Calendly, it gives me the sub-items it’s programmed to populate AND gives me the subitems from the previous zap. I can tell it’s from the previous because I had a spelling error that I’ve since corrected.Going through all my options, I can’t find any hint of where this still lives, and yet, somehow it does. Any thoughts?
GDrive folder not creating when new trello card is added
Hi team! I’m trying to create a new google drive when I create a new trello card. I have the paid version of Zapier and a free version on Trello. But it is not triggering, when I create a new card nothing happens, I have to manually run the zap in order to work. I read somewhere that zapier checks for new data every 15 mins on the free plan, but I don’t have the free plan. Please help :(
Pull raw data from Jobber and make available to Dataverse?
I have connected Jobber to Zapier and created a few Zaps with it just fine.Now, I need to go a bit further.Microsoft Power Platform has Dataflows that can pull data in from other sources.At present it does not look like MS and Zapier talk to each other directly, but there are some options with Dataflow: I *think* “Web API” might be the best bet, but I’m not sure.Essentially, I’d like to Trigger on something in Jobber, get the raw data from it, and make it available to one of the options in the Power Platform, with as little to no changes as possible.The data will be variable, especially dealing with Quotes, as the number of line items to process will vary from quote to quote, so hardcoded options will not work.I’ve poked at Webhooks, Storage, Tables, and even Code, but I’m just not getting anything to “click” in terms of understanding.Has anyone done anything similar? I have created a Zap that uses Twilio to call and text my partner and I several times over the course of 10 minutes when a new lead comes in from our website, which will allow us to contact leads right away. we will be hiring two sales people soon, and want to also send them the same sms and robo-call when leads come in.Instead of manually adding the new sales reps’ phone numbers to each step in the zap, is it possible to automatically update the steps in the zap (all twilio actions) with the new phone numbers by entering them once somewhere else...such as a google sheet or another zap step?

Zapier not sending data to Bettermode
Hi there, I am trying to run a zap where for each new entry in a form, it sends an bettermode invitation. the problem is that zapier is not able to send data to bettermode. when i contacted bettermode, they were not able to replicate the error. the error is on zapiers side.please see the screenshots for proof that i filled out every necessary field and for the error message. please help!

Cannot specify columns to update Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com
I am creating a zap to create a new item on a board in monday.com when that is triggered when an item is created on another board. I am able to successfully create the item on the new board, and grab the column values I would like to update after creation. When I try to use the Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com action, there is no where to indicate which columns to update.

Automatically saving emails as comments in Trello cards?
Hi! Has this feature been added yet? I’d like to add the unique email address of a Trello card to clients’ Google contacts so that when I email the client, it also bccs their Trello card and thus saves the conversation history in the comments :) If there’s a better way to do it than this, I’m all ears too! Can I use an email list in a zap?
I’ve created a trigger to run anytime a new person signs up for my weekly tip email and that calls an action to send them one of my creator coins (this is using the Social Connector app).In the “Set up action” selection, I can add an email or use the email from the trigger. Is there any way I can set this up so that it uses an entry from a Google Sheet, Excel, or CSV file?I’m trying to send coins to my existing subscribers and don’t want to have to do it manually.Thanks!
