I have a Google Sheets table, with data, the first column is the ID.I have a website with a form, witha webhook.After form is submitted, webhook triggered.I lookup the “ID” with zapier from the Google Sheets table.Then I want to update only those cells which contain data from the form, but leave untouched with the original data the other cells. The table contains looooots of data and 500+ rows. Do you have an idea how to do this?

I have connected my Zapier with a WordPress front-end form so that when a user submits the form specific fields will be created as a new row on a Google Sheets document.One of my fields are linked to a Taxonomy on WordPress but when the value of the field comes over to Zapier, it is only showing a number, rather than the string value of the Taxonomy?Any ideas how I can change this?Thanks.
Hello, I'm looking for solution recommendations. Currently I'm using Zapier with Airtable, Gmail, and webhooks. In short, I'd like to automate an interaction with customers through email.Specifically I'd like to support the Airtable base collaborators who are managing the outreach to several clients at a time. They would select a client to contact, and would trigger sending the email. What I'm looking for help with is the following steps: 1. send a "yes or no?" question to a single client2. get the response back into my base3. depending on the answer, automate further action.I've mocked up a simple solution using Zapier actions to send the email with a webhook to catch the response.The webhook's url is appended with html query parameters that are embedded into yes/no hyperlinks in the email body. The query params contain the triggering record's ID and the client's response.When the webhook catches the ping, the triggering record is found and the record updated with the response.
I have a numbered list in text, with the format1# blah blah blah2# yo yo yo3# do wa diddyand I need to get rid of the 1# 2# 3# etc. This list could be really long. Can anyone thing of an efficient way that doesnt loop a million tasks to replace everything with some sort of wildcard? Iike find all (*#) and replace with a blank?Thanks!

I am new to Zapier, so any opinions/advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated!I manage a real estate team, and am in charge of researching/choosing a new CRM/Transaction Management Software (TMS) for our brokerage to start using. I am 90% sure that we’re going to go with Realvolve as our CRM/TMS software, but before we officially sign a contract with them I wanted to figure out if a couple of automatic tasks could be set up through Zapier to maximize the automation/efficiency of the TMS part of Realvolve when it comes to digital real estate documents being completed on one site triggering particular actions within Realvolve. It looks like Zapier works with all of the most popular document e-signing sites/apps: ZipForms Plus (which my brokerage already has a free subscription to through our local Board of REALTORS), DotLoop, and DocuSign. My goal is to find out which document e-signing site/app is able to work with Realvolve via Zaps to automate steps like:As so
Has anyone been able to import new eBay orders to WordPress? I want new eBay orders to be created in WordPress but i dont see a way to link products. Wordpress wants the product ID however ebay doesn't output any field you might could use for the ID other than SKU which needs to be used for sku.
I am trying to create the workflow as follows; We schedule a customer in for a set amount of appointments. We need payments to occur a set amount of time before each individual session (1 day before). The paments occur on a pay as you go structure.We need this to occur automatically and update with the booking. i.e. if the session is postponed outside of the 24 hour window the payment is not processed. If the payment is not processed it needs to be flagged so we can manually follow up the client before the session occurs or better yet it is also flagged in Acuity so our employee knows not to run the session. We have been reviewing SMS Shared text messaging apps such as Salesmsg, Text Magic, Prokeep etc What we are struggling to find is an app that allows us to integrate our google contacts such that we would us in regular texting app into a shared messaging app. We currently use google Messages on the desktop because we deal with so many contractors, but wanted to have a way to centralized those exchanges in one manageable place. that is why we are looking to shared messaging apps but we dont want to lose the integration with google contacts and have to import them all trying to keep them in sync.
I’ve got a Zap set up that runs from webhook to update contact in Active campaign and then add new line in Google Sheet.Active Campaign is populating but the sheet is not. I changed to a new sheet to test it and it worked. I changed back to the original sheet and ran a test. It said the test was successful and it was not.Do I need ot create a new sheet and start over??

Has anyone attempted to create Companies in Intercom using Zapier?It seems pretty straightforward to add an individual contact (user/lead) but when I try to find/create a company the Zap fails and states ‘While requesting "resource" from Intercom we ran into an error: The app returned "Company Not Found".I have the ‘Create Intercom Company if it doesn’t exist yet?’ box ticked but it insists on locating an existing Company and wont continue to create a new Company.Has anyone else overcome this issue?
Total noob here on Zapier. I’m working on setting up a Zap and I am setting up a rule….Rule: once a spreadsheet column is updated (rule setup & testing are fine) Action: Teamwork task is completeMy hang-up right now is setting up the action for Teamwork. I get all the way to setting it up but the fields aren’t there like usual, it’s asking me for “task ID” which all the dropdown options are fields in my spreadsheet…. but I would think it would ask what Teamwork fields ie. which project, which task, etc. Any idea how to get this working correctly? Any help here is appreciated!
Hi All, I use HubspotCRM as my CRM system and I use ClicksendSMS as the SMS service. When i create an order in HubspotCRM, I always set the ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field as No. This is because i always receive the deposit a few days after the customer has signed the contract. Once i receive the deposit, I go into HubspotCRM and the change the field from No to Yes. What i require is: When ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field changes from No to Yes, then on the next day at 10am, send a SMS to the customer stating that their deposit has been received. I sometimes update HubspotCRM very late at night so I don’t want a SMS sent to the customer at an unsociable time. This is why i require to have a delay for the next morning at 10am. How do i do this? I cant figure out how to trigger the Zap when the field changes to Yes, I can only see the option of when the field changes...this counts even when i set it to No when i set up the deal in HubspotCRM which is not useful for sending a SMS. Hello, I am going to be setting up a zap from gmail (trigger = new email) to Amazon S3 (action = drop attachment into an S3 bucket). My client requested that the file name be updated to show the current date each time it is pushed. See below for an example.s3://clientname-mycompanyname/data/v1/date=2021-11-24/ s3://clientname-companyname/v1/date=2021-11-25/ s3://clientname-companyname/data/v1/date=2021-11-26/ etcIs there a way for Zapier to update the file name each day as it pushes the file from gmail into the S3 bucket?Thanks!
