Thanks.-PS. I’ve already made sure the ‘ Disable storing entry information in WordPress’ is unselected. Not sure what else to do.
Jira Software Cloud: Jira board not showing up as project option for action
Hello,I am trying to set up a zap between Google Forms and a Jira Kanban Board so that when a new form is submitted, a new issue is automatically created in Jira. I am using Jira Cloud Software and the board is company-managed software. I have administrator permissions on the board in Jira, but when I go to set up the action in Zapier, the board does not show up as one of the projects. Is this a permissions issue in Jira? Or perhaps there is another setting that needs to be configured? Many thanks in advance for any advice or guidance you can provide!
How do I create a Zap that removes 'canceled' members and their tags in Convert Kit?
I need a zap created that will removed members who are marked as cancelled inside membership from convert kit email tags. So i did like convert kit to convert kit and ‘’ When this happens...new unsubscribe then do this remove tag from subscriber’’ is it work?
Can a new job be created in Housecall Pro from a Google Calendar event?
I’m trying to create a zap between Google Calendar and Housecall Pro. When a new event is created in Google Calendar I’d like a job created in Housecall Pro. However, the only action available is “Create Customer” for Housecall Pro. Is there a way to create a new job action for housecall pro? or is this something that has to be done by Housecall Pro? See below screen shot for back story on why I’d like this action.TIA! Reason I’d like this zap: I have contracts with several Airbnb owners to clean and maintain their properties, I’m able to link up using iCal so that I see their schedule of when guest check out. I’d like this zap so that no cleans are missed due to user error when creating the cleaning schedule.
How can a Zap transfer new product data to Shopify when a new row is added to an Excel, and what is considered a new row?
I want to set a Zap that transfers data to Shopify as a new product when I add a new product (row) to my Excel sheet. I haven’t been able to get a Zap to work thus far. A couple of clarifying questions:does adding a new row literally mean I need to insert a new row, or does adding data in cells in the bottom row constitute a ‘new row’ should I be setting the zap to consider ‘update in row’ instead? If so, how long do I have to enter data in my columns of that row before the Zap is triggered?
Square/Wave "Payment Processing Fee Account" missing options
I am trying to create a zap to import Square transactions into Wave but I am unable to select an Account for my Payment Processing Fee (see screenshot). I have created an account in Wave with the name “Payment Processing Fee” to hold this income, as well as an income category with the same name. However, I am not given any options within Zapier to select this account. When I try to run a zap I get an error message “"INVALID: Transaction line items in the transaction currency are over balanced."
I cannot get Zapier to add contacts to Mailchimp.
I cannot get zappier to add contacts to mailchimp. I also need to add a tag to the contacts. I built the zap and tested, all was good but nothing happens when a new contact is added in Click Funnels. Would be so grateful if someone could help please. Thank you so much for responding. Ready to pull my hair out.
Extracting last date using Zapier's email parser
I’m looking to extract the latest date contained within the body of an email, and the parser seems to be having trouble. It’s for accommodation - so the way the email comes from the system, it’s structured like so: The visitors could be staying two days or twenty days, which makes extracting the end date of the stay really difficult and the parser doesn’t seem to be learning it’s the last one. It will be the latest date contained within the email. Is there a way of parsing this? Thanks for your help!
Trigger partner failure
Hello every one,On one of our zap, we create a new google sheet row whenever there is a new ‘Google My Business Review”. It has been working fine for a while now. But today we got an issue related to a failure to trigger the zap when there's a new review. The full message of the issue is : Trigger partner failure: Unable to retrieve reviews: The service is currently unavailable. I think this might be related to an issue on zapier side, but I need help with this. Thank You.
mailparser, where to find the original recipient
Hi, we are sending mails in “CC” to the zapier mailparser. For further processing i would like to extract the original recipient the mail was send to. Unfortunately the original recipient is replaced by the mailbox and the original recipient is lost. Is there any workaround to get the real recipient for this mail.Kind Regards Michael
Documents get added in Google Drive as text documents instead of as files
I have Zap where I want to take a file from a newly created ContentDocument record (PDF) in Salesforce and upload it to a Google Drive. I cannot seem to define the “File” need as it is required in the Zap. No matter which URL I use, the document that gets added in Google Drive is simply a text document with strange HTML markup which I’ve included in the screenshot below. Referencing Content Document URL in the ZAP (Private)- Text document sent Google Drive with HTML markup instead of PDF Using Salesforce standard URL in this test Referencing Content Document public link manually created on the Content Document record. Despite referencing the “Public” link in the test ZAP, this also generated a strange text file in the Google Drive with HTML markup. Please advise. Is what I want to do possible within Zapier?
Old Zap Info still populating in current Zap
Hey all! Didn’t really know how to look up why this is happening and by all accounts it shouldn’t, but let’s see what you have to say.I created my first zap where someone who signs up for a Calendly slot has their info populate on a Monday.com board. The first zap I made had some errors, and there were things that didn’t translate over (couldn’t get the address question on Calendly to populate in an address spot on Monday, etc). I currently have one zap active, and everything looks good. However, when it takes something from Calendly, it gives me the sub-items it’s programmed to populate AND gives me the subitems from the previous zap. I can tell it’s from the previous because I had a spelling error that I’ve since corrected.Going through all my options, I can’t find any hint of where this still lives, and yet, somehow it does. Any thoughts?
GDrive folder not creating when new trello card is added
Hi team! I’m trying to create a new google drive when I create a new trello card. I have the paid version of Zapier and a free version on Trello. But it is not triggering, when I create a new card nothing happens, I have to manually run the zap in order to work. I read somewhere that zapier checks for new data every 15 mins on the free plan, but I don’t have the free plan. Please help :(
Pull raw data from Jobber and make available to Dataverse?
I have connected Jobber to Zapier and created a few Zaps with it just fine.Now, I need to go a bit further.Microsoft Power Platform has Dataflows that can pull data in from other sources.At present it does not look like MS and Zapier talk to each other directly, but there are some options with Dataflow: I *think* “Web API” might be the best bet, but I’m not sure.Essentially, I’d like to Trigger on something in Jobber, get the raw data from it, and make it available to one of the options in the Power Platform, with as little to no changes as possible.The data will be variable, especially dealing with Quotes, as the number of line items to process will vary from quote to quote, so hardcoded options will not work.I’ve poked at Webhooks, Storage, Tables, and even Code, but I’m just not getting anything to “click” in terms of understanding.Has anyone done anything similar? Any suggestions on what might be the better method?Thanks in advance.Dion

I have created a Zap that uses Twilio to call and text my partner and I several times over the course of 10 minutes when a new lead comes in from our website, which will allow us to contact leads right away. we will be hiring two sales people soon, and want to also send them the same sms and robo-call when leads come in.Instead of manually adding the new sales reps’ phone numbers to each step in the zap, is it possible to automatically update the steps in the zap (all twilio actions) with the new phone numbers by entering them once somewhere else...such as a google sheet or another zap step?

How can I split WooCommerce line items based on quantity and type without nested loops?
I have a Zap that pushes line items from WooCommerce using a loop.I need another line item based on quantity.So for example if the order is:Blue x1 Green x2I need the Zap to push the following:Blue x1 Green x1 Green x1Zapier doesn’t allow nested loops.Can anybody think of a way to split the line items based on both quantity and type?
Zapier not sending data to Bettermode
Hi there, I am trying to run a zap where for each new entry in a form, it sends an bettermode invitation. the problem is that zapier is not able to send data to bettermode. when i contacted bettermode, they were not able to replicate the error. the error is on zapiers side.please see the screenshots for proof that i filled out every necessary field and for the error message. please help!

Cannot specify columns to update Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com
I am creating a zap to create a new item on a board in monday.com when that is triggered when an item is created on another board. I am able to successfully create the item on the new board, and grab the column values I would like to update after creation. When I try to use the Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com action, there is no where to indicate which columns to update.
How do I choose which Zoom account to use, or should I connect a new Zoom account?
