Contact ID field won't add tag in ActiveCampaign

Hi! I’m struggling with the same problem (but connecting Kajabi to ActiveCampaign).

My automation is: When Tag was added in Kajabi - Add a Tag in AC.
In “Contact ID” field I tried to choose many options, but non of them worked.

Could you please explain little bit more about last step that you write above (Find Contact by Email or ID). Where I can find this?

Hi @Mike Chang 


What you need to do is add a step before the add tag to AC step. In this newly added step you would also choose ActiveCampaign but the Action would be Find Contact. After this step is done, you will use the Contact ID you get in the next step
