It’s likely the QBO API would have to be used: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbo/docs/api/accounting/all-entities/deposit
App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhook app: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

I had already took a look at the documentation, and for some reason QuickBooks isnt’t finding the account ID’s. Have you attempted a project similar to this and have some template code to follow? Not really sure what I’m doing wrong here.

I have not yet, and generally don’t freely provide solutions to advanced Zap configurations such as using app APIs.
