Log Gmail in Hubspot Activity

Hi there, 

I have set up a Zap to send an email via gmail when a contact property is changed in Hubspot: 
 

 

I can see in my Gmail account “sent items” that the email has sent. My Gmail account is connected to Hubspot, however the email does not log in Hubspot.

Do I need to include another step so that the sent email will also be seen in the Hubspot Activity Tab?

Hi Jayesh, I have tried this option. In this case it logs an action, but is not logging the actual email through gmail. Is this the only way?

Hey @Aimee , I am not sure. There should be input fields where you can add To,From, Email Subject, Email Body,etc. 

 

If not than i will suggest to hire an expert from experts directory here
