No outbound calls are found when testing my Aircall trigger

I made an outbound call after adding the url to my aircall dashboard but no result is found after clicking on test trigger.

What can I do about the delay?

Hey @Purehardscapes Happy to help here! I wasn’t able to find Aircall listed as a public app in our app directory. Is this a private instance you’re using? If so, you’ll want to contact the developer to help troubleshoot this one as we generally don’t have any insight into what’s going on for non-published/public apps until they have gone through our vetting process. Keep us posted - always happy to lend a hand when we can!

Hi did you ever figure this out @Purehardscapes  ?

 

Running into this exact issue. AirCall says to contact Zapier, Zapier says to contact AirCalll!

I plugged in the sample data, and it’s loading fine into my CRM, but any LIVE calls that happen after the zap is published, nothing happens! Even when I add the live test number as a contact in AirCall, with name, email, and phone number..

 

Any advice?
