Field update in Salesforce trigger update in Monday.com

I want to achieve the below automation:

 When some fields (eg, Status) in Salesforce is updated, the the corresponding record in Monday.com can be auto-updated (for the “Status” field.

 

I tried to set the flow as below but cannot achieve my objective...Anyone can help ?? Thanks.
