Hi everyone, I would like to trigger my zap when a row is updated in a specific database table (Postgres database). My connection to the database works fine, but in the table selection field I am not able to see my tables. I double checked the permissions, it can’t be the cause. I tried the ‘new row on a custom query’ trigger but it doesn’t meet my need as I’m looking for an update. Do you have any idea how could I make them visible ? Good day, Val
Hey there! I'm trying to sync moved cards in Trello to reflect in Jira. The steps I did so far in the zap: identify card moved to list in Trello find issue in Jira filter (match with project name) update issue in Jira But this last step is not working. I get the error 'Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Jira Software Cloud.' when selecting the Issue field (though it brings the status list). Then, when testing I get 'Could not obtain the list of editable fields from JIRA'. Any ideia of why is it happening and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.
I need to create a filter that checks for an exact number value. E.g., 23.567. The Zapier filter does not have a ”(Number) Equal to” expression. Only “Greater than” or “Less than.” The “(Text) Exactly matches” expression does appear to work for a floating-point number, but is that the correct method to use considering that I am actually comparing a number and not text?
I am using Zapier like this- If one row is updated in Google sheet A Then one row is created in Google Sheet B The issue I am having is it worked fine yesterday when first turned on. Then it stops working. There might be 5-10 new entries in Sheet A a day and ZAPS are not even grabbing those anymore. It’s frustrating and I do not know what is going on? It worked fine and now it’s not. I created the zaps like 5 different times and they all worked fine for a few hours then stop. Anyone else having this issue?
I’m using Google Forms to populate a Google Sheet then grabbing new information using Zapier to send a personalized thank you email using Business Gmail. A few weeks ago everything worked, now none of the data is being used by gmail and the send using gmail will not work. I’ve tried every fix I can find (and understand) but cannot get it working. Any clues or help please. Thank you.
I am running Zap to link Zoho email to Airtable for an NFP Association. I am trying to retain the email formatting ie linefeeds, paragraphs etc on correspondence. However, Body Text and HTML formatter are removing all contextual formatting. Is there a way to transfer the data and not lose the formatting? Thanks
I tried everything to fix the zap, disconnect and connect the account, delete zapier permission and give access again, but my leads still coming but zap not trigger to a spreadsheet and Twilio, it might something related to permissions, but I check twice, and I have all and didn’t work someone could help me to find a solutions because in the test the leads appear and I have all the permissions
I’m having issues with Facebook pages side of things with Zapier. I have been using Zapier for well over a year now, and it has been running these zaps no problems. now and again I have to reconnect my Facebook account but that’s the same with any software. However last night had a few Zaps error with the following: (#2) Service temporarily unavailable Unsupported Get Request And then this morning All of my Zaps were auto shut off by Zapier after getting repeated errors all stating ‘Unsupported Get Request’ About The Zap With my Zaps I am simply triggering when a new Facebook post goes live on a page and then posting it to a different page. Things I have tried: I have tried to go into the Zaps to see whats going on and it seems to be the trigger thats causing the main issues, it just cant pull any samples stating the same error message. I have tried reconnecting the Facebook account, I have totally removed permissions for Zapier from Facebook, deleting the connection from Zapier
Currently, our workflow is to host videos in Vimeo and add to our website/app. We are trying to start a YouTube channel and add our videos there, as well. I’m trying to connect the two, but when I test, I keep getting this error. I am assuming that I am linking the wrong video file field, but I can’t seem to find anything that works. HELP! I am not sure how to fix this. My current config: I have also tried using the Embed code in the Video field, and the URI. I don’t know what else to try. I’m not seeing ANY fields that are actual links to the .mp4 file. These are the available options (it’s a lot, sorry) Thanks!
I left my ZAP turned off yesterday and I have maybe 20 leads in SurveyGizmo that need to be moved to a Google Drive Sheet.What is the easiest way to grab those leads and play the tasks? When I go to "edit" zap, I am able to pull random records and just a few at a time. I would like to grab those records that didn’t get pulled and play those 20 tasks at once. Thanks.
My organization uses Wufoo to accept talent applications for performers. We ask them to upload three music files to showcase their talent and three photos of the artist or group. I would like to set up a Zap that will create a folder whenever a new entry is made using the artist name AND THEN put the uploaded files into that folder. I can’t find a way to reference the folder when uploading the files as it doesn’t exist until the trigger happens. Any suggestions? Thanks, Frustrated in ATL
Hi all, newbie to Zapier and clearly not very bright…. I’m trying to create a zap that takes parsed data from an email in mailparser and create a deal in Pipedrive, easy enough. But if the person doesn’t exist in Pipedrive (95% of the time it is a new lead), create a new person and add it to the deal. The problem is, when a deal is created, a person isn’t attached to the deal. I must be coding the fields wrong, please see below.. Should the Person be from the Find or Create Person option? and Should I search by name (because multiple people with the same name can exist) or email/phone number? As I've tried each and still doesn’t work. Thanks in advance. Travis
Hi, I am getting the same error “We had trouble finding a sample.” as on the screenshot, to test connection with GitHub to make a new Zap. Ran through the most help pages about GitHub but none of them was helpful unfortunately. Hope any of you know any solutions.
Anyone else having trouble getting zaps using Facebook pages to work? I’ve tried everything and keep seeing this error: https://a.cl.ly/yAuvKwW2 As a result, the zaps aren’t doing anything. I’ve tried reconnecting Facebook Pages to Zapier - it tests just fine outside the zaps.
I am trying to connect Harvest to Wave Accounting. I use Harvest for time tracking and create my invoices there. Then I want to push then to Wave as my accounting package and use for my books. I keep getting this error: Got 500 calling POST https://api.waveapps.com/businesses/a0abb35f-6f28-49ec-a304-856a61f681df/invoices/, expected 2xx. I have not been able to identify what the cause or area to fix is. Any help would be great
Hello, Trying to set up at Zap with a filter, but it doesn’t work properly. This is what I want to do: When Stripe customer.subscription.deleted is equal to null, Add Subscriber to Tag in Mailchimp. My steps Stripe: Add event Stripe Event: customer.subscriotion.deleted Filter: Only do this when customer.subscription.deleted contains null In my filter I can’t see option for customer.subscription.deleted. So that’s the issue.. Hope that I can get help with this :) //Mathilda
Hi, I want to set up a zap to link shopify and teachable when a new order with a certain product has been set. But Zapier doesn’t find that product in shopify. I’ve created an order (paid and fulfilled) but Zapier doesn’t find the order. It’s finds some other orders, not all of them. Can it be that the products in shopify lack some information? Hi All, Have some little problem here Right now i manage to have a Zap set up that is working 95% of the time, unfortunately i am having problem with the remaining 5% of the time My Zap is scanning new email that contain attachments and sending it to G Drive before sending it to the cloud printer. Unfortunately,When a .pdf and a .png (in the form of an email signature) gets uploaded to the Drive, Zapier Zip them together and the next process gets halted I dint see a way for me to specifically tell my zap to just upload .pdf files .Is there any work away with it?
