Hello I am looking for a way to make the following happenStep 1: New Spreadsheet Row gets addedStep 2: Count the number of times the company name shows up in the sheet (I am currently doing this with COUNTIF in Google Sheet but since I want to automate this whole thing this formula would also need to be done automatically)Step 3: Grab the value of how many times the company name showed up in the sheet and check if the company domain that is associated with the company (all in the same row) exists in HubpostStep 4.1: If the company domain exists in Hubspot replace the current value of a selected propertyStep 4.2: If the company domain does not exist in Hubspot do nothing What I struggle with is Step 2.How do I count the number of times the company name showed up in the list without having to manually extend the COUNTIF formula?Appreciate any help!
Hello, we have a Zap that’s sending updated WooCommerce order data to a Google Spreadsheet. It all works fine, except that we have three columns within the Google Sheet we don’t want to have populated. Unfortunately, Zappier is sending some data to those columns and appropriate cells, breaking a formula we have there. Is there a setting/solution that allows us to send only the data to which we have populated or mapped, or some setting that doesn’t update those columns?In a nutshell, we don’t want columns P, V, W populated, as those serve only for our local, Google Sheet calculations. Thus, we can’t have any data sent out to those cells or we need the formula attached to those sent over someway. Hope this clears it up.Thanks!

Hi ,I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction getting my zaps to work properly.I have a zap set up to use the “Updated order in Shopify” trigger, and the “Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com” as my action.It works, but the only problem is no matter what Shopify Order is updated in Shopify, the updates come through and overwrite the same “Item ID” in Monday.com. I am not able to figure out how to get the updates the trigger picks up, to update their matching shopify order. In the “set up action” window I have to chose the Monday.com Board, which is easy, but then it wants the Item ID, and no matter which Item ID I choose, all future updates go to that ID. I’m sure I am missing something.Is there anyone who has had success with this?Thanks.
Anyone come across an issue where Zapier shows your zap runs succesfully, the log shows the email was sent - however the recipient doesn’t receive the email and it doesn’t show in the sent items of the email account (ie; not sent)? Zap has been working fine for months.App is connected properly.Email account is working, tested.
I’m trying to connect Stripe and ActiveCampaign. More specifically, when someone cancels their subscription in Stripe I’d like to add them to an automation in Active CampaignWhen setting up the zap I can’t seem to get the email address to pull in from Stripe when checking for cancelled subscriptions.
Is it possible to use Zapier to modify square inventory? Here's my use case:I'm selling tickets to an event. Tickets are priced differently by age, but all need to draw from the same inventory. I use Square to manage sales, and unfortunately Square doesn't currently support having multiple variants draw from a single inventory, so I'm hoping I can create zaps that do this manually (basically ticking down inventory from both when either is purchased). Can Zapier do this? Or, if not, does anyone have any other suggestions for a good solution that can do this without paying for a monthly subscription to do this? In case it matters, the event's website is made with Squarespace.
I am connecting two apps together - LawHustle and Actionstep - and using Zapier to automatically create a new matter in Actionstep after a trigger. When I am setting up the action, it pulls all of the data from all of the fields in the contact of LawHustle, but not every field matches to Actionstep when I am setting up the action. Is there a way to add more fields so that I can get all of the contact’s information into the Actionstep matter?For example, we ask for an emergency contact in LawHustle, but then using the zap, I have no where for this information to land into Actionstep automatically. It’s like collecting 30 lines of useful data from app A, and only being allowed to dump 20 lines into app B.
Hello, I am trying to display some picture in my Glide App. Those pictures are currently stored in Google Drive. Unfortunately, my Google Workspace prevents user from sharing links outside the business and would like to leave it that way. Would there be a workflow I could create to save those pictures on Dropbox? I could then use the Dropbox link to feed my Glide App. It can be an other service than Dropbox, I dont mind. My last resort is to just save those pictures on Dropbox from the get go but that implies more manual work from my supervisor. Thanks

Or is it simply referring to a reference or function of what field I choose to be the Row ID? Does it want the row ID that my Google Sheet has automatically created? Does it want some ID field that Stripe is creating to be imported into Google Sheet? Does this row ID info “talk” from Google Sheet to Stripe or from Stripe to Google Sheet?And, I seem to be caught up in a loop. Hello everybodyFirst - Happy holidays!Second - kind of a general questionIf I use a set of conditions to trigger a zap - for example :Trigger - Project was updated (where every status or stage changes as well as field updates is considered a project update)Filter on a particular stage and status of the project. The question is after the first time when these conditions are met and the zap run successfully, assuming the filter conditions are static, will every subsequent update to the project trigger the zap again? Hi - I’ve read a few topics around this issue and tried the solutions suggested, but I’m still getting nowhere. I’m trying to send only “closed won” opportunities from SF to slack and additionally filter the “TYPE” field for 2 values. My initial filter is on closed won deals (which is fine): Then I’m trying to use the “Find Record by Query in Salesforce” option to further filter closed won deals by the “Type” field (standard field). This query doesn’t filter anything for me. Do I have this setup correctly?
So we use Zoho CRM and have a Zap to populate a Zoho Sheet based on entries… I’ve been able to setup NEW ENTRY and SEARCH/UPDATE ENTRY in Sheets for the most part… but we’ve got a lot of records that we’d like to see in the Worksheet that were created before the Zap was active… Is there a way to maybe just edit one of the target fields that would trigger the NEW/UPDATE ENTRY Zap that would say “Ok, you just updated an order… the BOOLEAN = FALSE for the key cell… so I need to populate the updated field and while I’m at it, make sure all the other columns are filled in too.”Basically, be able to go into the records that were created before the Zap was active and update one of the target fields to populate the entire row with the record information.I’m using a Filter and Paths for the NEW and UPDATE/SEARCH EXISTING entry… but I feel like there could be a way to accomplish what I’m trying to do.
A few weeks ago, we changed a password on a Facebook account that was used in a Zap. Apparently this disconnected the zap and our client wasn’t getting lead info for a week. There was no notification from Zapier that there was a disconnect and I check our notification setting and everything is turned on.Is there a way to make sure this doesn’t happen again?

Hi all, I’ve been enjoying making some smart automation using conditional paths, but where a certain path builds out to several actions, I am getting frustrated by the lack of copy functionality - we can copy Zaps, but not parts of Zaps? Have anyone figured out a way around this, to reduce configuration effort / time?
I have connected one of my zoom accounts to Zapier but want to connect another - both simply adding webinars and meetings to the same Google Calendar. I cannot see how to do this. There doesn’t seem to be an option to do this? Please help. It’s driving me mad!Thanks
Hello everyone,I just try to set up a new Zap.I linked our JIRA server to Zapier and pulled all relevant fields.In the JIRA test overview I can see customfields_21132-21136: When I try to pull one of these fields in my ClickUp task, they are not available anymore: Does someone has an idea how to fix this issue?As we want to create Gantt charts in ClickUp I would need to put the Start Date in JIRA + ClickUp and this is what I would like to avoid.Thanks & best,Melanie
