Monday.com error: The app returned “User unauthorized to perform action”

Hi Team,

 

We have an active zap for FB to Monday.com but since yesterday the zap is getting error as “User unauthorized to perform action” and all the new items stopped due to this. We haven't changed anything in the Monday user level. Can anyone please suggest or help what could be causing it?

Usually when we see a “User unauthorized to perform action” error for a Monday.com action it’s due to the API key used for the account connection not having the necessary "write" permissions. But it was working previously so could the API Key the Zap is using to connect to your Monday.com account have since been regenerated or deleted perhaps?

To fix this can you try the following:


I’m hoping that will help to get rid of the error and allow the Zap to run correctly again. Can you give that a try and let us know how you get on?
