Using Google Forms to create Google Contacts, add to a group, then assign additional labels based on form checkbox responses
Hi there. I’m trying to speed up a workflow where an organization’s newsletter is being sent out via Gmail using members of a group/label contained in Google Contacts. The weak link in the system is that when new subscribers want to be receive the newsletter, they have to write their info down on a piece of paper which has to circulate around and be manually added to Google Contacts and tagged with a group/label called ‘SEND NEWSLETTER’.(Yes, I know - The simple fix would be to use a newsletter or email marketing platform which has a built-in collection system, but that would rock too many boats within the organization so we’re taking baby steps)Here are the list of ingredients that I already have in place:Google Account already set up / Gmail / Contacts / Forms / et cetera Google Contacts already has a bunch of contacts in it and already has a handful of labels/groups I’ve built the Newsletter Signup tool as a Google Form, linked to its form data collection spreadsheet I have authoriz

I am trying to have FB Messenger send SMS to a confirmed cell phone number when a message is sent to a FB page.It works when someone sends a message directly to the page, but not when someone messages the page through FB Marketplace, which is where most if not all of the messages for that page come from.Has anyone made this work?

I use Jobber to manage my business. But it doesn't have a way to pay my 1099 contractors a variable flat rate on jobs (the rate for each job & sometimes each visit is different)It looks like New Invoice Created is the only Jobber trigger I can use but I’m lost after that. I'd like to set up an integration between Jobber and maybe a payroll program that has the ability to pay variable flat rates to contractors. So, the Zap would look like this…Trigger-New invoice creation in jobberResult…?I’m not even sure what I could add to my invoices for Zapier to be able to identify which contractor it was. Might have to add initials or something in the job and use Zapier fields.Jobber doesnt export much into Zapier unfortunately. Only a few triggers and limited data. So even if we have to do a multi program or multi step Zap...that would work too. I've researched how I can do that for hours now and I could really use some help :(
Hey!I do have several Zaps with slightly different configurations that take the information from the Cognito Forms and send the data to a single table in Google Sheets. With the volumes going up, the accuracy of the table in Google Sheets started to decrease — the table regularly have duplicate rows for sole Trigger events. Nevertheless, the Zap history for those duplicates seems to be correct and nothing is inconsistent there. In order to detect what is wrong and isolate the issue I also looked at other steps that the above-mentioned Zaps have — all steps clearly were performed only once. However, the spreadsheet catches the data several times.My assumption regarding the cause of the issue is that I have few Zaps that are accessing the same table in Google Sheets. However, I have to maintain different triggers that should cause the action in the sole table, I am kindly asking for your assistance. I’ve also already tried to add small delays steps inside the Zaps, it made the situation

Good morning everyone, I’m struggling to set up my Zapier, I would like to have a 2-way synch between Google Sheets and Notion. I was able to to set the Google Sheets to Notion Zap but I can’t do the same for the other way around.I already checked for sharing permissions and compatibility (so went through the Token process and everything) but what stops me is the Lookup Spreadsheet Row.What I want to do is having one column (if not the entire file) sending the input from Notion to Google Sheets.Is there anyway to solve this? Hello, I have a field coming from an app expressed in minutes and needs to format it into an hh:mm:ss format.I could not find that option in date/time formatter so I’m trying with a Code by Zapier step.I want a value such as 60 to become 01:00:00 or let’s say 90 would become 01:30:00, etc... Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I work on this but I decided to share this here because I think it’s about time to get some help. So… I followed the entire instructions here https://support.easywebinar.com/en/articles/1807727-sms-using-this-zapier-recipe. The thing is I was able to parse all the information I need from zapier mailbox but in step 4 which is filtering all the contact numbers the zapier won’t detect it so when it is integrated to Clicksend it was not able to send messages.
Hi, I’m using Zapier Schedule trigger and trying to run a zap to send Slack message once in an hour.In my test, it always works fine and confirmed I received Slack message. But once I enabled the zap, zap was run so many times in an hour (over 100 times). The trigger runs once in an hour. ← this is expected ! But runs so many times.e.g. At 1 PM, zap runs over 100 times and it continues one or two minutes then the same thing happens at 2 PM as well. How can I solve the problem? or is this a bug of Zapier? Image: the same zap run at the same time. I used my free account quota by this lol.
I want to create a trigger based off a google calendar invite to attendees. It will be for a specific appointment type - as a matchmaker I set-up first dates. A day before the date, I would like a text to be sent introducing the two people to one another. I am fine signing up for a text platform yet need to make sure it will do this, hence the need for your expertise. The day after the date, I want to send an email with the first date feedback form in it separately to the two attendees from the calendar invite. Can you help me do this task?
I’m trying to do a zap for a google calendar event. I have the right search terms identifying the event yet the zap isn’t finding the attendees emails for the event to initiate an email - see below “no data”. Is there a step I’m missing to extract the emails from the event to use in the zap to inform the next step (sending them an email)?

Hello, Im trying to send records from airtable to intercom.This records are users and one of the column of each record is a lookup field in the same airtable base, but when i set the zap i can´t map the lookup field.I have also tried to convert that lookup field into a formula but formula field is also not appearing when i map the fields. Is there a way to auto-convert the lookup or formula field to text?Thanks in advance :)
We started to use Octoparse (web scraper) on a regular schedule as a trigger. It works well, but every now and then stops actually triggering. The solution seems to be to turn off the zap and then back on again. After that, it will work for a while, but then stops again. Has anyone else seen this issue and know how to solve it?
Hello, I’m building a CRM in Monday.com for our nonprofit to track our relationship with clients and partner organizations. I’m trying to find the least burdensome way for staff to update the CRM, and I think i could make an integration between google calendar and monday.com so that each meeting on the calendar in google creates an update to that contact in monday.com. How would I get started with this? Would each staff member need to create their own zap for this to work? Hopefully not.
