Question

Need help understanding task limit exceeded after accidentally triggering 2k+ Facebook Lead Ads leads

This maybe and odd question but when I set my first Zap, the only active, when I did that a pop-up came up asking to update 2,022 leads I mistakenly clicked yes and afterwards it said we reached our limit... whoever I don't fully understand how that happened since we don’t have 2K+ Leads on Facebook Leads

I activated the zap on June 2nd, and the same day I reach out the limit

Then When I try to see those leads it says this

And I know that If have have 3 actions inside 1 one task counts as 4 task in total (That’s the understanding that I have, If not please correct me if I am wrong).

Can someone please help me with this? And thank you.

Hi @Melissa Melo

Good question.

Help article about how Tasks are counted in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496196837261

@Melissa Melo

Your Zap has 4 steps. (1 trigger + 3 actions).

If the Zap fires and runs all action steps, then each time that will count as 3 Tasks.

2220 Total Tasks / 3 Tasks per Zap Run = 740 Zap Runs fired

Try adjusting/removing the date filter to see all the Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/
