I created a zap so when a new customer is added to a contact list in HubSpot it will automatically send out an email from my gmail account.  The gmail account is integrated with HubSpot to track and log emails.  

However, when the email is sent using the zap, it doesn’t log it into HubSpot.  I can view the email in my sent folder in gmail.  

Any suggestions as to why it doesn’t log into HubSpot?

Have you received an error message when running the Zap? You can check it by going to the Zap history.

Please screenshot the error message you received (if any). Kindly blur any personal information/detail in the Zap.
