Hi there. 

I'm on the Zapier Pro plan but I keep getting a 401 error saying "you can't do that". I've tried reconnecting my zapier account and re-entering my subdomain, but I'm still having the same problem.

Ah, there’s a couple of things that will often cause that 401 “You can’t do that!” error with Teachable. Usually it’s either an issue with the Teachable plan type or the Teachable school name was changed.
