How to get refund? Support ignores requests

Hi all, I am writing to request a refund for a charge that was made to my account. I was charged for my next month of Zapier, but I meant to cancel my subscription before the charge was made.I understand that Zapier's refund policy states that refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis - I have already submitted three requests through the Zapier Community page, No progress except the acknowledgment notification.I would like to request a refund for this charge as I did not intend to continue my subscription.but I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has had a similar experience and if they were able to successfully receive a refund.I have also checked my spam and my credit statement and there is not response there as well.

My Zap isn't adding new Google Calendar events to the Notion calendar.

Sorry for the newb question.This is my first time using Zaps and I'm struggling to get my new google calendar events to zap into my notion calendar. The Zap I want to do is to add any new event to my synced notion database. I've synced the correct database in notion but it's not adding the newly created event in google calendar to notion. I have allowed the correct connection in settings as well.Any ideas for what I did wrong?

Additional Hubspot Properties Not Getting Retrieved

I’m trying to create a Zap utilizing Hubspot properties beyond what Zapier would normally pull. While the properties do show up in the list of “Additional properties to retrieve”, they do not show up in the list of “Properties to retrieve” even after refreshing the fields, and the new properties can’t be used in any following steps. This seems to be happening with every additional property, no matter the format. Any suggestions on why this might be occurring?

Cannot set 'hashed_phone_number'Does anyone have an opinion on which matching is best for this Google Ads list? I was previously using only email but I noticed that it only works if there’s an associated Google account. I have not changed it to name, country and zip matching. I have no way of knowing how many times Google was able to match a customer with emails so I’m just curious if anyone has any experience! PS. I was having the same issue as above and the AI troubleshooting feature really helped me figure this out. It’s awesome. My issue was that I was sending email and address info as the unique identifier, but you can only pick one or the other. This Zap setup is confusing as it should not allow you to enter anything in a field if the other field is already populated.

Dropbox Trigger failure

My trigger is adding “new file to folder” and I’ve connected my Dropbox account and completed everything that needs to be done - in fact, I have an identical zap (with slightly different paths) that works perfectly. Assuming my paths are correct, why is the trigger test not working? The whole sequence is Dropbox → Asana: Create Task but the Dropbox trigger fails to begin with, before getting to Asana.

Google BigQuery to Slack Zap not detecting new jobs despite successful initial setup.

I have set up a zap for big query to slack to send a notification when a specific job runs and it generates row data. It worked at first but now it’s not finding any new jobs when I can see that they have run in bigquery. I have checked the trusted app issue and also checked my IAM access in GCP and nothing seems to get the zap to read any of my queries. Could there be any other blockers?

My Zap isn't sending subscribers to MailerLite from Facebook Instant Form

Hi,I have created a Zap to connect my the subscribers of my Facebook Ad Instant Form to Mailer Lite.Zapier connects it in the test without a glitch and properly identifies the form I want to capture and it loads the last test records successfully.Same result with MailerLite, I am able to identify and select the subscriber group and the email field. When completing the test I get the following message:“A Subscriber was sent to MailerLite about 1 second ago”Therefore I proceeded to publish:But I don’t get any subscriber information on MailerLite now and need to push them manually although the Zap is on active and all the tests went well.Any ideas why the subscriber data is not populating if zapier test is successful ?One App called Zapier is running, but there is another one called Zapier Inc. which I disconnected because I didn’t want to yet to email send.Thank you,

Parser not pulling everything from email

For some reason., the quantity field I have only pulls if it is double digits. With Single digit QTY: With double digit QTY: Any suggestions on why this is the case? It clearly comes through to the email but will not pull via parser. When I view emails the quantity is empty: It works but just incase you need more info, here is the template:

Hi guys, I’m trying to automate a flow where I upload a file to a folder in google drive, it’ll automatically uploade to Youtube. When I try to test my steps it shows that it works but there is nothing added to my youtube draft page. How can I fix that? Please see the screenshots below

MailerLite error: The app returned "Requested filter(s) `status` are not allowed. Allowed filter(s) are `folder, enabled, name, group`.".

I received a notice that MailerLite for version 1.4.0 had been deprecated and I needed to migrate my zaps before April 7th. I went to migrate the first zap and am running into issues. I was able to connect to the ‘current’ MailerLite app but then when I try to populate the trigger for ‘Subscriber Completed Automation’ I'm getting an error:Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Automation' data. The app returned "Requested filter(s) `status` are not allowed. Allowed filter(s) are `folder, enabled, name, group`.". How do I get my list of Automations to populate to select?

Jotform getting “502 Server Error” throttling errors

I have multiple Zaps that integrate JotForms with Trello. These were working as expected a week ago. Then, I started getting multiple “502 Server Error” emails, which I have gotten in the past when Trello/JotForm have been down temporarily. However, I’ve been getting them every day for the past 5 days or so, but I didn’t see any failed Zaps. Then, this morning, I received a new error email with this message: “Trigger partner failure: ('Jotform throttling https://zapier.api.jotform.com/form/90435131864152/submissions?orderby=created_at%2CDESC&limit=100', 60)” I went into the Zaps and it said I needed to reconnect my JotForm account, which I did (no changes have been made to my JotForm account or Zapier account). After I reconnected my account, I went to the next step to make sure it was working properly. However, now I am getting the error below when trying to select a form as a trigger: Any recommendations for this? Like I said, we have not made any changes to our account as far a

My Zap is stuck at "delayed/waiting" during captioning via Dropbox.

I have been trying to automate the following: New video upload to Dropbox, send to Captions app for captioning, sent captioned video to dropbox output folder and then email me when this is complete. The zap always seems to get stuck at delayed/waiting during the captions phase. Any help?

Constant Contact error: Cannot assign list memberships to email address in state unsubscribed

Hi - I am new to zapier and have been trying not to rip my eyeballs out. I have spent the past several days trying to get this seemingly very simple zap to work and get error message every time. I am trying to connect thrivecart to constant contact - when a specific product gets purchased, the customer’s email needs to get put onto a CC list. If it is a new customer, then a new contact needs to be made, but if they already exist, the contact just needs to be updated and added to the list. I realized I needed a multi-step zap for this so I upgraded from the free account and still am unable to make it go. The most recent hurdle I am getting is the error message reading: “ Failed to create a contact in Constant ContactCannot assign list memberships to email address in state unsubscribed”I don’t know how to fix this part… Here are screenshots… SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Lodgify to QuickBooks Zap: Tax data not populating

Hi, I tried to do a zap from lodgify to quickbooks to create either an invoice or a journal entry, however the data that is available in lodgify does not populate when I do the zap. Here is the data from lodgify directly: Here is the data populated through zap: As you can see in zap, the total amount of taxes is 0. Also the taxes sur l’hébergement/lodging tax does not appear separately (in order to do the proper accounting I need to split this as well). Has anyone encountered this problem? Have you been able to resolve it?I tried this on the professional plan (thinking that maybe it’s because I didn’t have access to the full QBO features), but it still gives me the same result. Eventbrite trigger not transferring all required custom data

This is a tricky one /weird one:I have Zap that is based on the default Eventbrite trigger: New Attendee Registered in Eventbrite. All my Eventbrite events are asking for the attendees Company/organization as a required data input when registering for an event.Looking at my attendee list in Eventbrite, I can see that all attendees have data input within that field.However, it differs whether the data and the field itself is being triggered in the Zap’s trigger data output, even though the field is always requires. Here is an example of an event’s attendee list that shows the randomness of this error. What is marked with Yellow is not holding the company information in Zapier the rest does:Anyone else experiencing this and know a possible reason for this bug?

Zapier digest duplicates leads, even after changing settings

I am trying to make a zap where I digest leads and can send them to my email. However there is this problem that I just want one lead in a digest as an example, but when I try to change something about my digest (or I remove the zap completely and I start a new one) it just starts to put a lot of the same data in my digest various times, as you can see on this image the count is already 7 and I just want it to be one, otherwise I get double data in my email. I can’t seem to change it.

Cannot read property 'column_values' of undefined in Monday.com

I’m getting an error when trying to send some leads data to Monday.com via Zapier with an error of Cannot read property 'column_values' of undefined. I have a column value called email in my Monday board, so i’m a bit confused on what i’m missing here. Please see the screenshots below for more context. For additional context, the lead capture tool is sending callback data at three different times with some duplicate data. I’m trying to avoid duplicate items being created in Monday.com, so i’m trying to ‘Get Item by Column Value in monday.com’ to see if an email exists for that lead. If not, then we consider that a success to continue to the path options. If there is a zap search status of false, then I want to ‘Create item in monday.com’. If the zap search status is true then I want to ‘Create Update in Monday.com’ to update the existing item in Monday.com with some extra lead data.
