Airtable accounts disconnecting


I have a lot of work flows that depend on automations triggering from Airtable record creation. Ever six months or so, all my zaps quit triggering until I log into Zapier and reconnect my Airtable accounts.

Anyone know why these keep disconnecting from Zapier?

I use more than one Airtable account and when it happens, it happens to all of them.

The fix has be automatically rolled out so there’s nothing to do on your end to get things working again but, if you continue to experience errors or run into any new issues please do let us know in the Community or contact our Support team directly

I did some digging into this, and it seems like you’re running into a bug with Airtable where it’s disconnecting every month. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.
