Ploomes is not creating the lead, only "data in" is displayed with no "data out"

When I input all the information in the step, it asks to run a test. However, when the test is performed, no data output is generated for me to link to a future contact.

The API connection is working (I've already tested it).
The fields that weren't filled in are optional (I've already tested it).

I found out that the lead entity in Ploomes no longer exists, meaning there is no data output.

Things to try:

  1. Click the Retest Step button
  2. Refresh the Zap Editor page
  3. Turn your Zap ON, then test live, and check your Zap Runs history: https://zapier.com/app/history/
