Hello!

I am trying to connect my Steam account, I get the following error. I don’t get a “Allow” or “Accept” button or any kind of permission popup. I have made sure that popups are allowed in the Chrome settings. I also tried it in Firefox just to see and I get the same thing. I have confirmed multiple times that everything is set to Public, and even changed the vanity URL name to something else, tried that and then changed it back. I’m not sure what the deal is, I’ve tried everything I can think of.

Hi @aldumil

One thing to try:

I’ve try new browser in new device and still get the same error.

I noticed that we both get key=142EBA2882CAC20BD3D82304927CB925 but apprently it is not the API key we obtain.

Is it possible to enter keys by ourself?

Hi @holicoco

You can try to open a ticket with Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

same problem here since 4 months !

@bloodshine

You may want to try reaching out to Steam Support for help.

FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves using the Zapier Developer Platform.

question is : this is working for you actually ?

@bloodshine

I don’t have a Steam account so I’m unable to test.

@bloodshine

A Steam help article to check for possible guidance:

https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496082979085-How-to-Get-Started-with-Steam-on-Zapier

same problem, reported almost a year ago still not fixed
