Hi all - my client’s site, meridianstories.org, uses Zapier to upload user videos directly to YouTube through Ninja Forms and the YouTube API. YouTube limits the number of videos per day that can be uploaded through the API and we are working with them to request an increased quota. One issue I’m encountering through their review process is that they don’t allow storage of YouTube data for more than 30 days. They sent a screenshot of a line of code that reads “store_youtube_api_length: twelve_months” and I’m not sure where this code lives. None of the plugins on the site contain this string. Is this a Zapier storage limit? If so, where can I change it so the storage length is thirty days?
Hey guys, So I created this Zap to try and integrate Apollo with Pipedrive. My idea was to split the flow in two stages.Stage 1- First, whenever a new contact is created in Apollo it is also created as a person in Pipedrive and added as an Opportunity in Apollo (Deals CRM). Stage 2- Then I wanted to whenever we move that contact in Apollo from stages in their CRM to a stage called “Validate” , it would create that contact as a lead in Pipedrive so our sales reps could proceed with the process in there. For some reason this is not working, I’m not familiar with Zapier so maybe im doing something wrong, or maybe theres a better way to do this process. The ideia is that we only add the Apollo contacts as leads when they are considered “valid” in Apollo either by adding them to a stage in their crm or just updating something in the contact, is this possible? I have a zap that is triggered when a new deal is made in Pipedrive. I the use that Deal data to search for a user in Intercom and then use that Intercom data to populate custom fields in Pipedrive.I have a field called stores, which I’d like to populate with certain data.The issue I’m having is the data I want to populate sometimes will have a status of true and sometimes false. I want to only display data when its true.I can’t use a filter as that is basically an if statement which will become false if any of those data points aren’t true.Any advice on how I can grab the data if its true and store it to be used in the update deal section?

I am trying to set up an automation in which every time I receive an attachment to my Gmail, I create a new thing on Bubble.io The step is very simple, since the type we are creating is just of file, so basically, just passing the attachment that we’ve just received on our email to Bubble, however, I keep getting this error: Failed to create a thing in BubbleCannot read property 'body' of undefined Any idea why this might be happening? No privacy rules in Bubble and API connection is enabled.
Hi. I’m a beginner and I think this is an easy task but I'm suck here for several days. I'm receiving multiple rows in a batch coming from an Google Spreadsheet. Then I want to publish them in Linkedin/TW one by one. The problem: I want to schedule the publication of each one of the rows: difference +1h each one, specific time, etc. But now all the rows I receive are published instantly at the same time. I've tried different options/zaps but can't find the way. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.
Hi!I’m looking to add a feature to my Zap that will notify me if a lead has not come through a Facebook form in more than 5 days. I was thinking of adding a delay of 5 days and then sending a Slack message to a channel. The workflow would look like this: Facebook form → CRM → Wait 5 days → Slack message. However, I’m not sure if the Zap will reset when the trigger triggers while on the delay. Is this possible, or is there a better way to do this?Thanks!
Hi. I am trying to do some automation with slack to google sheet wherein if a person messages in a specific slack channel, it will be recorded in the google sheet (this is done by the way)My problem is that, whenever a person tries to reply “the message” via thread, I could not get the data in the slack thread like the person who replied, the time he/she replies and the content of his reply. Would it be possible to get the slack thread data as a text and automate it to be put in google sheet? Thank you for all your answers! Just a newbie here in Zapier :) Still trying to learn
I’m trying to test out a Zap using Basecamp 3, but I can’t get the projects to show up. I’ve looked at the help page, which didn’t help. I AM in the projects as an employee. The editor shows the account is connected, just not any projects. Anything else I can try? Update: When I created a new project it showed up. Still nothing for existing projects.
Hello there. I’d like to use Zapier Integration using Kommo and Odoo but I’ve got issues at moment to connect Odoo with my Database. I receive this message “Odoo error: Authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied”. How Can I fix it?. Is it constant when I want to log in or using Zapier with those softwares?. I’ll wait for your feedback. Regards.

I know what I’m trying seems redundant, but I’m attempting to do the following:User places a woocommerce order on Site A Zapier links that order to second site The woocommerce order from Site A, places an order for a woocommerce product on Site BI’m going to make the product on Site B free, and hidden from view, so that I can just keep track internally. We offer a custom music making platform, and I want orders placed from clients on Site A, to send the order to Site B, as Site B is the one who gets the orders to fulfill. Is this possible?
Hello! I’m trying to create a zap where when a new Asana task is inputed in a particular section it will be added to a Google Sheet tab. We have quite a few custom fields in Asana but when I try to search for them in the Google Sheets action, it only shows things like “Data Custom Fields Enum Value Name”, “Data Custom Fields Display Value”, etc.Is it typical for Zapier not having the ability to identify/pull the exact custom field? I don’t think I’ll be able to share images as the data is confidential but happy to provide more context.
We have a Jotform collecting information from potential customers to get a quote. We have 5 different questions that are asked based on what apparel types the customer wants (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops). Based on the answers they choose it will show them the colors & sizes chart for each to input their quantities. The screenshot shows data from 5 fields but we only need to know how to break down the data from 1 field, for example we can use the T-Shirts colors & sizes data which shows 5 of the same numbers repeating 8 times. With each of the same numbers representing the same colors. The order that the number is placed in the data is the sizes. So if the number is first that means it is extra small (XS), if it is last, number 5, it is extra large (XL). Now, the question: How do we format this data in Zapier so that we can have access to each individual data piece and be able to mark it with the size and color. Hi there,we've had a 403 problem since last Wednesday.The ZAP has been working great since May and without us changing anything, we've had this problem since Wednesday.According to reqbin it is an API problem. We have linked Facebook Lead Ads with Active Campaign in this ZAP. The Active Campaign API works (status 200), but when we test the API prepared for Zapier, we get the error message.This is very strange because it was working and we did not change anything in the settings of the ZAP.We have also completely redone the ZAP once, but with the same results. Hi - I have a Zap with a “Append Entry and Schedule Digest in Digest by Zapier” stage in it (collecting 10 Tweets) and when I set the Zap to disabled I continue to get the “Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.” messages for days afterwards. I’ve stopped it, I don’t want to keep getting these messages for ever. If I turn it on again they go away, but come back when I stop it. Is the only way to get rid of them to delete the Zap? This seems to be a new behaviour, only seen it in the last few weeks.

I receive google sheets of potential clients for my business and I would like to create a zap that inputs all of them in my program I use. I have already used a zap to parse emails into my program but these sheets span hundreds of entries and the google sheet actions only seem to work when a single new row has been added or updated. I want to be able to pull all 3 of these potential clients. I can include any other needed screenshots, of failed attempts or anything else needed.Would it work if I just manual changed a fourth cell? The sheets have multiple pages with the product that each client is interested in, I could mass copy paste to update the cells
I seem to have it working to create the event but it is not updating when the row is updated. I believe I have an error in the way I have set-up the update event zap - maybe in the event field as I understand there needs to be an eventid but I am not sure how to configure this. Please see screenshots.
I have a question regarding a zap between ClickUp and Zapier.I work with clickup forms for my clients. They can fill out the question and answer form so I can gather all project requirements.One of the question I ask is the amount of images they want. There are 3 options, this is created with a custom field called dropdown in ClickUp.Unfortunately this information doesn't sync very well with Zapier. It just shows the 3 different options but it doesn't show which option was selected by the client.In clickup itself I can see which option the client selected as you can see on the image below: I also found that there are actually 66 references to the question of how many images the client wants to purchase (see screenshot). I am not sure why this number is so high?
