Odoo error: Authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied

Hello there. I’d like to use Zapier Integration using Kommo and Odoo but I’ve got issues at moment to connect Odoo with my Database. I receive this message “Odoo error: Authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied”. How Can I fix it?. Is it constant when I want to log in or using Zapier with those softwares?.

About the Odoo CRM Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions: Only works with instances that are hosted at odoo.com and will not work for self-hosted instances.
    For self-hosted instances, use the OpenERP integration.

No yet. I will try it to contact them.

I tried along with Odoo support to log in my Odoo acount in Zapier and now we receive this issue. 

Is it Zapier Available with Odoo?. I’ll wait for your answer.

  • What version of Odoo are you using?
  • Are you on the odoo.com domain?
  • Are you on the enterprise version of Odoo?
  • Is your Odoo self-hosted?
  • What cloud software is you Odoo installed on?
