How to set up a Zap to send follow-up email after appointment at a specific time?

HI can I set up a zap that allows an event to occur a number of hours after an event eg I want to send a follow-up to clients once, after their appointment, at a certain time eg 1 day after their appointment?

Good question.

If you are using GCal, then try one of these Zap triggers:



I want (and tried) this too, but the Zapp sends the emails to me after every appointment instead of my client, eventhough I selected “attendees email”. I set it up from google calender where my appointments are listed. I’m also using Tidycal but there’s no option there to send an email after an appointment.. Can you help me please?

ps. it does send an email after the appointments end, just not to the customer but to me..
