Hello,Is there a way to move specific google meet recordings once they meet ends to a specific Google Shared Drive? Since the google meets do not follow a specific naming convention on our end, we’d have to be able to use the attendees list and filter by guests without out company domain, those would be the one we want triggered and saved to the specific folder.Is this possible?
I’m working with a client who has an incredibly complex workflow that doesn’t allow for much automation. One of the tasks I’m trying to automate is filling out a PDF from data in a Google Sheet row. The problem is that the spreadsheet cannot be formatted in a way that is readable by Zapier for a number of reasons irrelevant to accomplishing this task. Here’s my question:Is there a way to launch a Zap directly from Sheets? I’ve tried using the Webhooks by Zapier app but that took away my trigger and I wasn’t able to get Sheets to perform the function of using row data to fill out the PDF.

Hi, I’m a c# developer, and I’m new to Zapier integration.After a lot of trial & error, I’ve decided to ask for help. 1) I created a Zapier Integration app, with actions for subscribe and unsubscribe.2) I created a new REST HOOK trigger, configured the subscribe/unsubscribe urls and configured Zapier so that I can get the target_url {{bundle.targetUrl}} wich is saved by my application. 3) when the event happens in my app, I call all the subscription urls. Is this the correct behaviour?My call is a simple POST, a json array of modified objects. My company is building a new integration and we typically use Okta via OAuth 2.0 Authorization Grant with PKCE for authentication. I was able to implement this with Zapier, however, I’m running into issues with the PKCE challenge itself. Sometimes, it works perfectly and I can log in, but other times it fails.I generate this challenge only once in the code, however, when I look at the logs the challenge being used in the initial authorize call does not match the challenge being compared to in the getAccessToken call, which obviously results in a failed authentication. It appears that it’s executing the code that generates the challenge twice and creating a new challenge in between these calls.I’ve tried to generate the challenge a multitude of ways from keeping it in the authentication file to moving it into the index file with a closure.Another thing that I’ve found interesting is that so far I haven’t seen it do this when running tests locally. I am using MS Teams for upcoming webinar. I have been using Zoom to create workflows and send auto mails and links in it. MS Teams cannot be integrated with Hubspot. I wanted to use Zapier for upcoming webinars which are conducted using MS Teams. I wanted to create workflow for the contacts who fill the form(Hubspot Submission form) should be sent a calendar invite to attend the event. I am creating the live event using MS Teams. How to do that?
Hi all I have been dealing with this on and off for nearly a year. The Zap (or even other CRMs) will setup completely fine but it wont ever fire. Do the Lead Ads Testing Tool > Get “CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager” 103 Error Redoing the connection doesn’t fix anythingNow here’s the two major issues I get stuck at. I am trying to create a payment link that collects a customers address upon purchase in order to use it to place an order through woo commerce with our third party partner. I know this is possible but when creating the zap I am having my trigger as new payment in stripe (this may not be the correct option but the other option descriptions do not sound like they will trigger properly, I want it to trigger any time a product is purchased off a payment link) but I want it to trigger for a specific payment link IE if I am ordering product A then the trigger associated with product A goes off so an order with that specific product can be put through. How can I get the information from a specific transaction so I can create an order with that information within a wood commerce Create Order action? I was told Code / Webhooks could solve this issue but I am not sure how to set this up properly with Webhooks by Zapier. Anything helps and I would love to discuss with anyone on how to solve th

Require assistance adding the new UUID requirements to an existing python code. I have followed the steps to find the secret in storage, but now need to be able to add this information into the relevant zaps. I have tried several variations within the run python code step and nothing seems to work - it all comes back with errors & the troubleshooting provided by zapier is not helpful. Hi there,I want to set up a Zap that will send new event time information to the backend whenever a Google calendar event is rescheduled/changed, but not when a new event is created. The only option I see with Google calendar triggers is for new/updated events, but doesn’t differentiate between the two. Does anyone have a workaround for this?Thanks!
For an action I use a dynamic field containing a list of users (ids / labels). Webhook pulls JSON list. When I use javascript code to process the data received, the JSON list comes in as a comma separated list. In order for me to get it back into array form, I have too do a string.split(‘,’); However, some of the JSON fields contain commas! This is throwing off the array keys of the second value coming in.Is it possible to instead convert the array into a pipe-delimited list first?
I have successfully integrated my to-do list app: TickTick to my Google Calendar. When I create events in TickTick, they show up in GCal, and Vice Versa. The issue is when I try to adjust an event (time / date) in TickTick, the change is not reflected in GCal. It seems there is a way to choose specific events to track changes, but that is inefficient and clunky.Is there a way for me to set up a Zap / Integration where: If Any event is changed in TickTick, GCal will notice the change and reflect that data in GCal? (Changes might include Dates, Time, Location, or Completion Status)

Hi there, I am trying to run a Zap where: Trigger: Updated Field in SF Find Record Find Record Update Record (this is where my issue lies)My full zap flow works for my test record, but when I try to update the 89 records that are triggered from my trigger, they fail because I can only select a singular Record (Salesforce Object) rather than all of the Records (Salesforce Objects) that match. Are we not able to have all records update based on the triggers?
Hello folks, I have a ZAP that I want to trigger when a checkbox is ticked in a column.I currently have it set up to trigger when a column is updated, and all the cells in that column (where there are rows that contain data) have an empty checkbox in them by default. The problem is, it appears never to actually trigger this first step. I do have a filter set up for step 2 as shown here:But the ZAP never gets started. When I tick the checkbox in the spreadsheet, I expect Zapier to understand that as an Updated Row from Sheets. But it is not even starting the first step, so there’s no history to investigate.Why wouldn’t ticking the checkbox in the assigned column result in a trigger?

Hello I am assisting a client setting up a zap automation. The goal is to create a new Jira ticket in the server after a new row is added to a google sheets spreadsheet. I was able to setup the connection to the Jira environment and confirm the test connection. I had no problem setting up the first step, the trigger when there is a new row added to the google sheet. All green checkmarks. The next step I added is creating issue in Jira Software Server. I selected Create Issue as the Event, selected the account, and then proceeded to the Set up action step. Here is where I get stuck. Clicking in the project field prompts an ‘Unable to load choices’ error message. I’ve shared a screenshot of the error. I have no problems if I have to choose from Custom. However I need to be able to select a project from Jira. Also many times step 2 doesn’t or takes too long to load. Regards
