Hello all,I’m trying to pass back hubspot lead information ( lifecycle changes, etc ) back into facebook through zapier when we are using Facebook Lead Forms. I believe I had the correct set up but just recently started receiving this error:“Missing Advertiser Tracking Enabled Flag: The parameter 'advertiser_tracking_enabled' is required for the event with the action source 'app' (each set to either 0 or 1). Apps should expose an opportunity for users to opt-out of ad tracking, resulting in the setting of the 'advertiser_tracking_enabled' parameter.”App is selected being we are using Facebook Lead Forms which is in-app (Facebook).Does anyone have any recommendations on how to proceed here / best Facebook Lead Ads set up recommendation?
I have setup a Zap that sends Eventbrite events to our Google Calendar. Each time I run the zap, the calendar event shows up one hour later than scheduled. I have checked both Zapier and Google to make sure we are on EST (America/New York) but nothing seems to fix it. For some reason, the code below has a line that says “dateTime_pretty Aug 12, 2023 05:00PM” but that is not the correct start time on the event. Hey guys! I’m trying to set up an ‘RSS by Zapier’ trigger. I’ve done this many times for other sites with no issues. But this time, I keep running into the following error after I enter my feed URL into the zap:“Create a new item in your RSS by Zapier account and test your trigger again.”The site I’m adding to the zap has several posts published, so I’m not sure why I’m running into this error. I’m new to Zapier, and have setup a workflow New file in spesific folder->post to wordpress. During this process I have to map the fields to fit the WP post template, but I cannot figure how to map the file content of the Google Doc. Any ideas?
I try to setup a Zap between Intercom and Zoho Desk. It works find when the trigger is set to a new ticket, but when I set the trigger to be when the conversation closes, then it somehow does not return to Zoho with anything. I’ve been fairly successful using zapier to integrate our monday.com instance with Excel, OneDrive, Outlook etc. but am stumped with this one because I believe it entails a POST webhook of some sort. We currently use the “Create Document from Template” Google Doc Action to create a document from a template and replace placeholder variables. We replace some of the placeholder variables with URLs. Currently, these URLs show up in the doc as as unlinked plain-text. We’d like the ability to hyperlink them.

Hi All, Relatively new to Zapier and trying to solve a problem thats fairly convoluted. Hoping with all the new features this is possible in Zapier, rather than getting something custom built. BackgroundWe have several Shopify stores that create custom portraits. As there are unique requests for each order, we have an app (lets call it App #1) that manages that. This app is not integrated with Zapier. The devs of that app have set up an export for us into Google Sheets (triggered when the order is paid), where some of the order metadata is sent. We also use another app (lets call it App #2) that manages the portrait approvals by the customer (this app IS integrated with Zapier with a current active zap).BUT we only pay the artists when the portrait is approved by the customer, and that notification is what is exported by App #2, because it can be some time after the order was placed/paid for. Hi everyone!I need some help integrating Zapier to HubSpot. I’m technologically literate by the barest definition of the term! Here’s my goal: A user fills in a survey. That survey is compared to HubSpot’s CRM to look for the details of the user. If the user is found, we move to step 3. Parameters: The survey is from Weblium / Sitebuilder 1.02, and this can’t be changed. I’m trying to experiment with the “Find Contact in HubSpot” option on Zapier. But because this is out of my wheelhouse, I’d appreciate some help. What are Search Property Names and Search Property Values?Is “Find Contact in HubSpot” the best way to do this? Below is the Zoom API (Beta) request and response. We had to use the API for registering webinar attendees since the action for Create Webinar Registrant doesn’t have a last name field like Create Meeting Registrant which I find to be odd.I understand the API Request is currently in Beta stage and would like to report this as a bug. Ideally the 401 status code should trigger a re-authentication on the Zoom connection or alert the user with a failed message if the HTTP request returns something other than a 200 or 201 response status. We probably have something configured incorrectly but we’re having issues with the “Find Contact” action when integrating with hubspot. Our Zap is supposed to: Look up specific deals based on swim lane Based on a deal property, find contacts who share the same property Associate the identified contacts with the dealFor example, we offer a product with seat licenses. We have a deal with a single contact associated to it. We want to find ALL of the contacts who are part of this account (seat holders) and associate them to the deal. For the most part, everything is working. It finds the correct deals, filters the right properties, and associates them to the deal correctly. Our main issue is, it stops after finding one contact when there are at least 15-20 others that should have been associated. Are we using find contact incorrectly? Is it designed to stop after finding the first contact?
