I am trying to create a zap with the trigger being from Dropbox. But the zap is not pulling in any folders to choose from and this is a required field.I checked to see if Dropbox was successfully connected and it is. I tried refreshing the fields. I tried deleting and creating a new Zap. I refreshed both sites so they had updated content...Any ideas on a fix or what the problem might be?
I see that a Zapier Chatbot can do Actions.I want to configure a “Zap button” to show up ONLY when the user types in a certain line of inquiry. It could be as simple as a keyword, or phrasing related to that.It appears I can’t get more selective — this seems like it’d be a really useful feature and the logical extension of Zapier filters and branching logic?So what am I missing? Is it possible at all to CONDITIONALLY display a particular Zap?(Or is this a feature request I should make to Interfaces team?)Under this dropdown my only choice is “Every time a user gets a response” which is not what I want.https://i.imgur.com/pxsPC4n.png
Hi Team, We've encountered error S003 - Live Version Count Limit, indicating a cap of 5 live production versions for our App integration. Are there higher plans available that support multiple versions? For an instance, Currently, My integrations have 5 versions, with only one being public and the remaining four being private. All versions have active users and Zap counts. After promoting the 5th version, there are some statistics that show as seen in the screenshot below. Is there any way to manage an unlimited number of versions without migrating users? Could you please provide further information on any available options or plans that would enable us to manage an unlimited number of versions for our single app integration? Additionally, if there are alternative strategies or best practices you can recommend for managing version control, we would greatly appreciate your insights. Regards,Karthick R

Hello!I’m trying to use the API request to call chat.update API to update a message with Zapier bot sent to an existing channel. Now this API only works if the user auth token sent with the request matches the user who actually sent the original message (Zapier bot).When I try this, it throws a cant_update_message error which tells me the token that Zapier is sending is not allowed to update the message. My guess is this is happening coz I selected my account when setting up this step. Is there a way to replace my account with Zapier’s and send the request using a bot token and not my user token?Thanks!
I'm trying to set up a process where after someone submits a form on JotForm, they get a summary on Google Slides and then a QR code by email that links to it. But there's a snag: submissions need approval first, and Zapier's JotForm integration only kicks in at the "New Submission" stage, not post-approval.My workaround was using Zapier to spot the approval email in Gmail and use that as a go-ahead to send out the QR code email. The hiccup now? This last crucial email with the QR code isn't sending to the submitter.

How do I make it so that after a meeting my Fathom.video recording link is uploaded to the Google Calendar description of the meeting. I am using Google Meets automatically from my Google calendar. For most of those meetings, my Fathom.video will record the video meetings. I want to have the Fathom.video recording link uploaded to the Google Calendar description when the call ends. What I tried was Trigger - New Download Video in FathomAction - Update Event in Google CalendarThis didn’t work as expected. I couldn’t pull in previous events in my Google Calendar, only upcoming events. It would then only allow me to upload Fathom videos that were previously recorded. When I tested this, it uploaded the wrong video link to the Google Calendar description. Hey,I’m creating a very basic zap. When a contact is created I want to copy the company url and the company linkedin page into contact fields.It works just fine for the company url since this company property is commonly retrieved by Zapier, but doesn’t work for the linkedin page.I’m able to specify that I want Zapier to retrieve the linkedin page as well when finding the company, but Zapier doesn’t actually do it. The test is a success but you can see that Zapier doesn’t retrieve that additional property.So for my last step, I’m not able to update the contact with the company’s linkedin page because Zapier didn’t retrieve it in step 2.Looks like something is off with Zapier.Zach
Hi Zapier, I have trouble running with my Calendly to Kajabi zap. It keeps on turning off after publishing even when the tests are successful.
I set up a workflow to turn a form submission into an upload-able CSV for an e-commerce platform we use.There’s additional steps in the workflow that include:adding to an internal ticket system adding into a mail chimp audienceI don’t want to go into depth on those steps as everything is working fine except step #8 - sending out an email with a CSV attached. When my zap gets to step #8 half the time it works and the other half it returns an Error message: “Got Not Found when download file:” I looked to forums for people experiencing a similar issue and the “workaround” was adding a step to change the file preferences of the google sheet to public because there was glitch with the public access within google drive.I added this step and it works about half the time. I’m not exactly sure what to do in this situation and if anyone could offer any insight that would be very helpful.Thanks.

Hello, I currently have an external ID (Chargebee Subscription ID) that is set as one of my Hubspot Deal properties.What I want to do: When that subscription is updated externally, then find the most recent Hubspot Deal and compare them and do some calculations, then create a new deal.Where I’m stuck: When I use the Hubspot “Find a deal” action, it only returns one deal which is the oldest one that matches the chargebee subscription ID. How can I retrieve the Deal that was created last? My original idea was to use Find to retrieve all deals that match that ID, then check on the latest created at date but right now I only have one deal returned.
I have a sheet full of lead history. All interactions with my leads in my previous CRM (Streak). For example, comments and their dates, notes, call logs, texts, when the lead was added, the stage, the time of the change of each stage etc etc. I have this information available in the form of CSV files, google sheets etc. Now I want this information to be imported into my new CRM (Follow up Boss). The problem is there is only the option of filling a few main field and then custom fields. There is no option where I can get all the dozens and dozens of notes and comments and their timeline added to FUB contacts in the form of notes through Zaps. I need to do that. How can I do it?

Hello - I subscribe to an external answering service for new inbound leads. I want to shift my usage of the service to reduce costs by only having the Zap that sends the leads to their callers (it populates a shared Google Sheet that they monitor) for off-business hours, ex. outside of 9-5 M-F and on weekends. We’ll take the leads in-house during business hours.How do I adjust the zap so that it only triggers during these events (new leads, which come in randomly) during these days/hours? So if a lead comes in Monday morning at 10am, the Zap will not run, but if it comes in Monday @ 8pm or Saturday @ 1pm or Sunday @ 11am, then it will run.

I’m trying to send an automated email when tasks in a certain project are completed. My Zap works perfectly, but I noticed if the task is marked as incomplete, then completed again, it doesn’t trigger the Zap. Is that just how it works, or is there something I’m not doing correctly?
