I’m trying to send an automated email when tasks in a certain project are completed. My Zap works perfectly, but I noticed if the task is marked as incomplete, then completed again, it doesn’t trigger the Zap. Is that just how it works, or is there something I’m not doing correctly?

Zap triggers have built in deduplication, so if the same data is sent to the Zap trigger it won’t fire again.
That may be what you are experiencing.
