Hello!I'm looking for a way to sync into Salesforce the messages and inemails my team sent on LinkedIn. Is this possible? We have the “Professional” plan.It looks like I'm only available to select the "LinkedIn Ads" App to start the automation, but this is not what I need.Also, I don’t want LinkedIn to create new Lead records, just relate the messages to existing Leads Activity (like tasks or things like that), ignoring the ones I don’t have in SF.I also saw in another question that, LinkedIn messages triggering actions wasn’t supported 10mo ago, but I don’t know if that is now developed or not yet. Any information will be helpful, thank you~
I have one trigger that takes a new syncro ticket and makes a new item in Monday. This works. What I cannot figure out is how to update the status in monday when that ticket status is updated. I have tried to do a “Get item by column” as a monday action to attempt to tell syncro which item to update …. but the only way I can get this to work is if I tie it to an already existing ticket and entry in monday. Then the statuses will update for that one ticket. But any new tickets don’t work cause I can’t seem to tell syncro to look for and sync a previously entered ticket from the first trigger I previously mentioned. Zendesk has a monday integration where it connects and updates any future changes … it would be great to set something up like this. Can anybody help?
Hello, I’m having some issues with a loop warning and figuring out the best way to build the zap. The goal of the zap is to assign a customer tier (“Status” column) within Monday.com based on multiple factors that are going to be updated throughout the customer lifecycle. Here are the Tier options: We have a bunch of formula columns on the Monday.com board, which calculate the customer tier based on ten factors (i.e. growth, ARR, products, segment, etc.), but you cannot see formula data in Zapier, which is why I had to recreate the formulas as steps within the Zap. The way I have the zap set-up now is with Trigger “Specific Columns Values Changed in Board” and I chose all the factor columns: Here is the entire zap: Here is an example of a formula step for one of the factors: Here is an example of the Loop warning for one of the final actions (the warning is same for all final steps and they’re set up the same). Hello,I use Zapier to retrieve CSV files from a Gmail address in order to upload them to a OneDrive account. I used this solution for 3 months (September to November 2023), and then I didn't need it anymore. I needed it again a few days ago, and when I relaunched the Zap, I received an error from OneDrive which is as follows:The app returned "The length of the URL for this request exceeds the configured maxUrlLength value.".The files are small, only a few KB, and the file names are also short. Here is an example: ImportDocuments_24-04-2024_01-05-48.I'm having trouble understanding why I have this problem now when it didn't exist recently.Do you have any ideas?Here are some screenshots of my Zap :
Hello, After testing and reviewing all use cases with Bullhorn.I have noticed that when I use a normal action in the ZAP I do not have any 401 Bad BhRestToken error messages returned to me.However when I use custom actions in the ZAP or even when I test the custom action itself I receive a 401 Bad BhRestToken error messages after 30 min if no activities with actions or zaps.Please find proof with date and time of both actions in the screenshots attached. This shows that the custom actions seem to have an authentication issue.Have you ever had any issues like this? Many thanks,Olivier
Can someone please assist my zap below. I am wanting the image I create using Dall e 3 to show in my wordpress blog draft however all I get is the code..? Is there a step in the zap I’m missing or am I putting info in the wrong area..? Also when I try to copy and paste the code into a browser I get an error so not sure what I’m doing wrong here. When I tested the zap all worked fine to retrieve the image when I was previewing it from within zapier but not once its posted..?Appreciate any help.
I duplicated a zap for a new client that works just fine. It takes data from Aidaform and passes it to whatconverts and creates a lead.When I changed the aidaform and whatconverts profile for the new client, I now get this error for the phone number field. Failed to create a lead in WhatConvertsThe app returned "Invalid phone_number parameter. Please provide a valid phone_number value.".What’s strange is the zap is exactly the same as a working zap, which is still working (besides the form and whatconverts profile)I’ve spoken to whatconverts support who can’t replicate it and said…It might be some issue with the way Zapier is providing the data to WhatConverts so you might want to reach out to them to see if they see any errors on their side. Can anybody help?
Hi, I added a table about 24 hours ago. It still is not appearing in the drop down when I want to select it while setting up an AI Action. I am trying to setup a Zapier tables create Record action. How long should it take for table to appear through AI action interface? Is there an issue? I am stuck waiting for this as I cannot proceed ahead with my flow. Please help.
I’ve successfully used a zap to create an envelope in Docusign using 3 templates, all of which have required & optional fields for a recipient to sign. My zap sends the Docusign recipient’s name and email address, but I want to send NO other data. The envelope is created successfully in Docusign with all 3 documents, but the signer can only sign fields on the LAST document (all the data fields from my first 2 templates are gone). I’ve reordered the templates, and it always just skips to the final document. I’ve confirmed if I create the envelope with 3 templates manually in Docusign, it works fine. It’s only when I create the envelope using a zap.I think it has something to do with the data fields in my zap. It pulls them in to my Action step, but I want them to be ignored so the signer can fill them in as required.
Im trying to create a slack bot that uses GPT to read my Slack conversations and create daily roundups of all the things I did or was working on. Hey All!I am trying to create a zap that will grab a prospect that I click ‘find’ on in seamless.ai (This part works) and move it to the HALOPSA New Opportunity - Lead Ticket type as a New Contact (not customer)I created the Zap to go reference my new contact list in Seamless (this works fine) but when it goes to put into HALO PSA as a LEAD ticket Type, and all the info I set to put into the ‘email address’, ‘summary’ and ‘details’ section of the ticket, I get an error returned Failed to create a ticket in Halo Service SolutionsThe app returned "Please select a valid Client/Site/User".It looks like it is trying to create a Customer/Site/User in HALO, but it should just be creating a ‘contact’ as i normally would do manually shown in the screenshot below.Any Ideas what I can do to make this work? I definitely do not want Zaps to create new Customers, if they are just prospects I am putting into HALO to use for Lead tracking with my communications.

Currently recipes are in the task description in CU, and we manually add to WP recipe makerBUT I would love a bulk upload CU Task description to be split into 3 fields 1. Intro paragraph2. Ingredients3 method (The headings are all there in CU task description) HOW can I use formatter to output 3 different fields?? I am struggling with that?? Then I want to output ALL the info from CU (so these 3 fields, plus more information from the task) - into a spreadsheet and into a JSON file to upload in bulk Any help massively appreciated - also happy to pay for a solution to get me there quickly
Hi there,Im trying to do a somewhat complex process automation which I am unsure it can be done. I have a connection between woocommerce and zapier through a webhook, I sent purchase event data (customer name, email, and some custom date fields) to Active Campaign. But I need to add a new step, to create a user in Kajabi and grant him a specific offer, which need to be sent also to Active Campaign. So I have severals problems with this:The offer in kajabi needs to match the product in woocommerce (can, maybe, be done with product id/offer id?) I can´t see a way to create a user in kajabi and grant him an offer through zapier triggers, on the same automation. I fail to see a way to grab this credentials in kajabi and send them to Active Campaign.I would really appreciate any help guys!

Hi everyone, I want to handle those 2 use cases : 1/ whenever 1 new file is uploaded in my /folder1/, start a sequence of actions2/ whenever 3 new files are uploaded in another /folder2/, start another sequence of actionsCase1 is super easy with the “New File in Folder in Google Drive” trigger, it works all fine between my different systems. I am stuck with case 2 which has SEVERAL files. For that case, I need to start the sequence of actions only after the 3 files have been fully uploaded to the /folder2. Is there a way to give such a signal ? I was thinking introducing a “Delay/Wait” of a few minutes, which in theory would give enough time to get all 3 files fully uploaded. But not a guarantee.Also I am not sure how to get multiple files at the same time (this is probably another point, first I have to solve the triggering only when all 3 files are ready !)I would appreciate if someone would give me a few hints where to look for a solution :-)Have a great day.
I’ve had 2 Zaps running for over a month. They both activate by a new row in my Google sheet. A Google Form sends the info to the Google sheet. It’s the same form used every time. I’ve tried testing it and asking it to collect new records and it’s not seeing any row after 4/15 which is went it last ran successfully. I only have 35 rows in the google sheet. I’ve tried turning the Zaps on and off, and turning them off and asking it to retrieve more records. It’s not seeing the google sheet anymore from the looks of it. There are no empty lines an I hadn’t edited or worked on the Zap in over 4 weeks. Help!
I’m looking to take data (numerical responses) from a google form and put the responses into an ongoing google sheet (have been able to do this easily). Then create a new tab on the google sheet with a bar graph representing the new data each time a form is submitted and email the bar graph as a pdf.

But the issue is I have different types of coaching sessions (i.e 1:1 coaching, group coaching, team meetings) and I have created a multi select field on My notion table. Once a new record is created on Google drive folder, I want it to look up the file name (If it contains 1:1 coaching then the record should select 1:1 coaching field on Notion table) Thanks for your help in advance.Pan

Every time i turn on my Zap it instantly turns off when i refresh the page. I dont understand why. Ive tried every solution but it wont work. I connected calendly to monday. There are no erros. I can even get it to turn on every time i refresh it turns off so i have no history to look at. I need this fixed by Monday or im going to have to find a new service to use. please help out.
