Trouble taking a screenshot of a PDF attachment in Microsoft Outlook

Hi Community,

Need some guidance on this workflow. Perhaps there’s a better way to do this -
 

  1. open the pdf file attached to my Outlook email
  2. take a screenshot of the pdf
  3. post it on X

    Cadence - to be published every 2 hours.
    The PDF report is generated from Power BI, the email comes in every 2 hours with the attached report.

Try using an app like PDF.co to convert a PDF to a different file type.
