Im trying to create a slack bot that uses GPT to read my Slack conversations and create daily roundups of all the things I did or was working on. It would read store rows of tasks I did in Sheets or Send me an email. I dont care.
Im just trying to track all the things I worked on in a day/week for my record.

I’d suggest using a Zap to create a daily digest of all the Slack conversations you have every day. The digest could be set to be released at a certain time each day, then a Conversation with Assistant (ChatGPT) action would take the digest and produce a summary of the tasks you worked on. You could then split the summary up into different rows in a Google Sheets spreadsheet or have the tasks sent to you in an email.
