I duplicated a zap for a new client that works just fine. It takes data from Aidaform and passes it to whatconverts and creates a lead.
When I changed the aidaform and whatconverts profile for the new client, I now get this error for the phone number field.
Failed to create a lead in WhatConverts
The app returned "Invalid phone_number parameter. Please provide a valid phone_number value.".
What’s strange is the zap is exactly the same as a working zap, which is still working (besides the form and whatconverts profile)
I’ve spoken to whatconverts support who can’t replicate it and said…
It might be some issue with the way Zapier is providing the data to WhatConverts so you might want to reach out to them to see if they see any errors on their side.
Can anybody help?
