Excel VBA to trigger an update to a specific monday.com record

I’ve been fairly successful using zapier to integrate our monday.com instance with Excel, OneDrive, Outlook etc. but am stumped with this one because I believe it entails a POST webhook of some sort. See below for the details of our set up

 

Existing Process

Monday.com creates an excel file and adds item specific information to it

User completes work in excel document

User clicks button in excel that triggers macro to generate PDF and insert into a draft email

 

Next Steps

I would like for when that macro runs, to flip a status on Monday.com. At this point, I would have enough information about the item that it would be easy to find it, I just dont know what I need to do to trigger the process and where to send the data to be read by Monday (my research has told me that Monday.com only does outgoing webhooks.
