How can I assign unique discount codes to new Brevo newsletter subscribers from Excel/Google Sheets?

Good question.

Brevo (formely Sendinblue).

In the GSheet, you’ll need to add another column. (USED)

For all the existing Discount Code that are already used mark with “YES”, else mark unused with “NO”.

Try these Zap actions:

1. Trigger: Sendinblue - New Contact Added to List
2. Action: GSheets - Lookup Row (search by USED = NO)
3. Action: GSheets - Update Row (map the Row ID from the previous step and set USED = YES)
4. Action: Sendinblue - Add/Update Contact

I'll try this and tell you if I can make it work.

If I wanted to make the discount code expire after 15 days and replace it with another discount code.... I think I would have to connect: brevo+woocommerce+google sheets
- Woocommerce after 15 days cancels the expired coupon;
- Google Sheets sends the new coupon to Brevo
- Brevo updates the user's coupon.

do you think this can be done?
