Hi there,

we've had a 403 problem since last Wednesday.

The ZAP has been working great since May and without us changing anything, we've had this problem since Wednesday.

According to reqbin it is an API problem. We have linked Facebook Lead Ads with Active Campaign in this ZAP. The Active Campaign API works (status 200), but when we test the API prepared for Zapier, we get the error message.

This is very strange because it was working and we did not change anything in the settings of the ZAP.

We have also completely redone the ZAP once, but with the same results. The API does not work.

Who can help?

Hi @Katker , The API Key that you have used in making custom Webhook call, by any chance did you delete that API Key on ActiveCampaign? Can you please check? Alternativaly, can you create a new API Key on AC and use this API key on Webhook Action?

We have also integrated the Active Campaign API on our website. I just signed up via a registration form on our website and it works perfectly. The contact has been transferred to Active Campaign.

So the API and the API key work. 

We are not so keen to generate a new one. :-(

There is something wrong with this API adapted for Zapier. What could it be?

Can you share a screenshot of did you configure Webhook action? 

I think the problem could be solved. The API key is now at the bottom of the header - and it looks like it works now. Many thanks – Katrin
