I made a squarespace e commerce website. my payment processor is not available to integrate in squarespace. is there any work around with this? my payment processor in mind is Paymongo. If i really cant use paymongo’s API or something. Is it possible if i can use zap to make an automation for my website doing: checkout page with items they want to buy > create an order form with all of the products they want to buy > send the order form to fb messenger or email to fulfill the order. Im okay with doing this, because my products are pre made so i do not have the items in hand. plus payment processors are pricey with their tax and subscriptions.
Hi,I am new to Zapier. I am trying to connect my pocket account with airtable through Zapier.The problem I have is that the tags in pocket come inside other items. I am not very clear how I can extract the correct tag in this case.I am using "New Archived Item in Pocket". My column configuration in Airtable is:Title | Url | Tag | IDWhen I want to extract the label from pocket, I have this problem:I want to extract the tag that I have assigned to that item in Pocket. The problem is that when I dump the data in Airtable it shows the label like this. This causes that if the label changes, the item is not registered. I don't know if I am complicating myself unnecessarily. I hope you can help me.Thanks

Hi, Need some help I’am using Zapier to link my new leads from Zillow to my Trello Board. I thought I set everything up correct but my new leads from Zillow are not being transfer to Trello, I did the steps are shown on Zapier and even did a test on Zapier and a sample card was produced on my Trello board but my Zillow leads are not coming though. Hi I am new to Zapier and loving the possibilities.I am trying to link Sales from Kajabi (uses Stripe) into QuickBooks Online creating a Sales Receipt.Note: Kajabi sales item does not match Quickbooks SKU. Actions taken: I have hooked up Kajabi and Quickbooks. I do get an Sales Receipt that is incomplete.Challenge: I am have trouble getting the Zap to put SKU data into the Description field on the Sales Receipt.I expect if this is done then QB will then generate the price, etc, as it does when I hand enter the SKU in the Sales Receipt. I have built a Lookup table Trying various options such as Kajabi ID name and Quickbooks Price and even the Kajabi name and the Quickbooks name hoping that I will get one perfect product zap and then I can make the others work. Hello,We just set up the integration for QB Online invoice to create the order in ShipStation. However with orders with multiple products, it only brings over a single product. Is there something we are missing in the setup to allow for multiple product invoices to process over?
Can anyone help? My zap: Each time a new Google Sheet row is added, send a DocuSign envelope with data from the google sheet row Issue: Some of the fields from the Google Sheet are not passing/showing up in my DocuSign template. In this case, the missing fields are supposed to be used to calculate formulas in DocuSign. I think the issue has to do with the fact that, in DocuSign, any fields used for calculations must be “validated’ as either Numbers or Dates. So i have numbers in my google sheet, and as far as i can tell they are the exact format that DocuSign wants. But for some reason they are not showing up in docusign no matter how i change the formatting settings. Can anyone help?
The SMS by Zapier is connected with Pipedrive and it does not work consistently. Can anyone offer advice? Nothing I’ve been able to find in support addresses the issue. The ZAP says it is sending and its not throwing off error messages. I ‘upgraded’ to another FREE account b/c the system seemed to say the free account I had prior was no longer valid or available or whatever. I had previously fixed an error where the message length exceeded the allowed number of characters. In that case the message delivered was truncated but it still was sending. At the present time, 1 out of 4 messages is sent. I can’t really send screenshots without revealing phone numbers.
Hi all I am trying to create an action, that takes the output of whatever trigger the Zap creator/user chooses, and takes that arbitrary data as input. I do not know how the data is structured, or what the fieldn names are called, but I would just like the raw output as a string. Then I can handle it as I please when it has been posted to my API. Example:I have created a Google Sheet, with first_name, last_name and phone_number. I use the Google Sheet trigger with added or updated row (any_row). This trigger fine. It return id, row, COL$A, COL$B, COL$C and a hash.In the action I am creating, I do not know the named: firts_name etc. How do I get the data into a field called i.e. “data”, to be posted to my API. Since it can be an arbitrary Zap Trigger, I cannot rely on the names being the same as for the Google Sheet Trigger. Is this possible? Best regardsMBS
Hello! I’m trying to look up rows from a google sheet > create a new sheet > email it over as an attachment using gmail. It would be best to just email over the rows that have been looked up as a table, but unfortunately it returns as a string. Therefore, I think the best way is to create a google sheet instead and attach it to an email before sending off. Currently I’m stuck on creating a new sheet with the looked up values (not sure how to go about it). Below is my current flow where i’ve yet to create a new sheet. Ideal flow:User fills in a form and it gets recorded on a new sheet (done) Zapier to look up a column in a master database against one of the answers from the google form (done) Create a new sheet with the looked up rows (not done, need help) Attach the new sheet in email and send off to the form responder (not done, but I know how)Hope someone is able to advise. Help! I have a google sheet with three columns, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” which i would like “teleported” to a gotowebinar happening tomorrow. I’ve wasted 4 hours trying to complete this but am constantly stuck on The registrant could not be sent to GoToWebinar. Required field "First Name" (firstName) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (lastName) is missing. Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I simply cannot figure out what I may be doing wrong and whatever I’ve read so far is not helping either. Can someone take pity on me and land me a hand to complete this zap. Please? Thank you so much! nico
The Zap I created is taking wrong time as input in formatter step. I.E., If the time is 6:44 PM, the input being taken is 6:52 AM. I have checked Zapier timezone settings, still now working.

I’m having Zapier watch for incoming emails and then sending data to Monday.comBut ideally what I’d like to do is something a little more complex:The data I want is in the email “snippet” field. In the snippet there are several lines I want to cut out - for example:Line that contains “Title” - move that entire line into Monday.com to a particular board item colum called “Title”Line that contains “Cause” - move that entire line into Monday.com to <that same board> board item colum called “Cause”Etc. Is this possible or is this too complex for Zapier? The goal here is to extract data out of the email and make it a separate object in Monday so I can manipulate it from there. Thank you
I want to create a zap that messages me (the Discord owner) directly in Discord whenever another user reacts to a specific message with a specific emoji. I want the message text to contain the username of the user who reacted and the emoji they reacted with. Note that I am on an unpaid account and can’t have multiple steps in a single zap but I believe the zap I described should still be possible.Also, please note that I think I used to have this zap working. However, about a week ago the trigger + action combination I was using suddenly had an out-of-date label on it and a newer version was available. When I went to replace it with the newer version of the action, I could no longer get the username of the user who reacted to the message to populate. I’ve been doing a lot of troubleshooting since then so, admittedly, I don’t remember what the old version used to look like. I believe the zap should use the “New Reaction on Message in Discord” Trigger. I have linked to my Discord accoun
Hi everyone, I've been thinking about improving our user experience at the business, and I'm keen to set up a zap that streamlines our processes. Given that we offer six different services, each requiring a different follow-up email for clients, we're currently facing the challenge of sending out multiple individual emails, which I believe could be overwhelming for our recipients. To simplify this, I'm considering the option of consolidating all follow-up texts for each service and sending out just one email. The aim is to ensure we provide relevant information without overwhelming anyone's inbox. I was wondering if it's feasible to set up a zap that can automatically determine the relevant text to include based on the type of order. Hi guys. When I do a webhook post, the data I enter needs to be sent in the order I enter it, however when I test the zap, it sends it in alphabetical order. Is there any reason why this is? I am sending data to do a s3 data upload. Thanks
Hello - I’m trying to take dated journal entries from my CRM and put them in a table in a google doc. I was able to extract the data via webhook and format via JavaScript. Still need to figure out how to format the date which is the number in the screen shot. I guess I have two questions, how do I transform the highlighted number to a date, then put each entry into a row in either sheets or docs?
I have a Zap set up so when a user fills in a form on our website (webflow), it triggers a flow that creates a contact in Hubspot and fills in the contact with the basic data gathered from the form; First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone No., Years Experience and Profession. Most of the data is pulls into the Hubspot contact when it is created, all apart from First Name and Last name. There are no issues with Years experience, Profession, Email when Zapier gets hubspot to create the contact. I have fixed this issue multiple times now and every time it just randomly stops pulling those two form fields. Please help before I throw my laptop out a 9th floor window!
Hello! I’ve trying to use Ticketleap API to add new orders to google sheets and then send out customized Confirmation email with more information (depends on the type of ticket). Below is my planned and intended sequence but I can’t get started setting it up because no matter how many times I put in an order, the trigger test is only pulling fake orders with values that don’t match my event. I have a zap that will upload an image to Google Drive that is posted to a certain channel within my Slack group. My employees will upload an image with “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” to the post. Is it possible to have my zap name the image file “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” when it uploads the file into google drive? I see the field where I can choose the name of the file, but I do not see a way to select the slack text message as the file name. Thank you!
