Question

How do I import multiple product invoices from QuickBooks Online to ShipStation?

Hello,

We just set up the integration for QB Online invoice to create the order in ShipStation. However with orders with multiple products, it only brings over a single product. Is there something we are missing in the setup to allow for multiple product invoices to process over?

Hi @urbanwolf

Good question.

To give us context, please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

For QB or Shipstation?

Looks like the QBO example selected in Step 1 only has 1 line item.

Try selecting a different trigger example that has multiple line items.

Okay, we got the multiple to work. When a new invoice was created and saved, it has not shown in Shipstation yet, is it instant or does it take time to propogate?

Check your Zap Runs for activity/issues: https://zapier.com/app/history/

All QBO Zap triggers are scheduled, meaning those can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Thank you. We tried again and got this  error

The app returned "An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details.".

We would need to see screenshots of the error and the Zap Run DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step.

@urbanwolf

The screenshot doesn’t show the DATA IN for the step in the Zap Run.

Where is that located? Can we schedule someone to get on a shared screen and walk us through this onboarding?

@urbanwolf

Should show under the DATA IN tab.
