I’m trying to create a zap wherein when there’s a new row in my database, invoice ninja would create the invoice.My trigger apps are the following:MySQL (New Row) Filter (So that this will only create invoices for a specific customer) Invoice Ninja (Create Invoice) After I’ve set this up, I tried adding a new row but when I ran the zap it kept saying that it couldn’t find any new items even if there is a new row. There’s no error on zapier, and I’m definitely sure there is a new row inserted. Could this be an issue with Invoice Ninja? Have you guys ran into this problem before?
I have a Gravity Form where users can pick and choose between 7 different types of donation options, each of which will ultimately get converted to line items in Bloomerang. I want to remove any donation “type” they do not select from becoming a line item… those with a value of 0. My logic is telling me to test the value and then create a text field that can be used to build the line items. If the donation is greater than 0, the text will be “dollar amount, ”. If equal to zero, the text field is blank (won’t generate line item). FYI: there are other “hard-coded” fields that need to be included as part of the each line item. The content of each varies so the idea of doing a “split text” to remove a line does not work (unless there is an option to look for the “0” and remove the entire contents of the line regardless of the rest of the content?).I’ve considered many scenarios but none carry all the way through to my end goal. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Almost like Zapier had mixed up the two Zaps? Embarassing as customers have been sent emails from Companies they didn’t sign up with
Looking to automate notifications…. for example an appointment is made in Google Cal by our administrator… I want to make it so that whenever she makes an event on Google Cal and it is marked a specific color, then the person corresponding to that color receives a text message or email notification…E.g 1) appointment is made 2) if marked: blue - send notification to Bob if marked green: send notification to Jim… etc… Is this even possible?

Here’s a question, I’ve set up a Zapier integration to issue a draft quote in Xero when a row is added in Smartsheet (typically via a quote form). In the form the user selects item codes from a dropdown list, for most items this will populate the unit price field through index in Smartsheet, but for 5-10% of item codes a unit price field appears through conditional formatting so that the user can enter a unit price. When the Zap runs it works fine where the unit price is populated through indexing the price list. But where the user need to enter a customizable unit price this always gets sent to Xero as $0.00. I think what is happening is that I have matching unit price data set up in Xero and SS where the unit price is indexed from a price list. But, where the unit price is customizable I have left this blank in the price lists, hence the $0.00 So my question is, Zapier gives you an option to map line item unit prices in a Smartsheet » Xero integration. Hello, I am currently on free trial on the paid plan for Zapier.I am interesting in staying as a paid member if I can achieve the following:I am trying to integrate Discord with Paypal so that when a member signs up for a paypal subscription, their user role will be automatically updated. I am having the following issues. When setting up action on for adding a role in Discord, I must select a specific user. I do not want this. I want to be able to select the user automatically based on whoever signed up for subscription for paypal. How can I have zapier automatically retreive this information? After the user subscribes, I then need to create a secondary “zap” to remove the user’s role if the subscription is cancelled. I see that you have a “Refunded Sale in Paypal” trigger. What actually triggers this? Is this only when the seller manually refunds the user or is it also triggered when the user cancels their subscription?
Here is what I currently do:I run education courses and receive feedback from learners by filling out a GoogleForm at the end of a course.Google form dumps the data into a spreadsheet. I use the same form for all of my courses (same course but on different dates)The spreadsheet has a timestamp in column1 (the date the feedback is added) and then feedback items as wells free text in the subsequent columns.This is what I want to do:I would like to create a zap that is triggered the day after the course (I think I know how to do that part) and then extracts the rows form the feedback sheet where [timestamp = coursedate] and dumps that into either a new spreadsheet (eg Feedback Course XYZ 20230423)That way I would have the feedback from one course separated from ALL feedback and can use it for further automation.What I ultimately want to achieve is automatically generating a ‘feedback report’ that is sent to the course faculty.

Hello, so for you this might seem easy and obvious, but for me it isent, im new to zapier.now as you can see i want to Sync Todoist Tasks with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. only problem now, if i add a task to my Todoist with not spciftic time but a specific day, meaning “monday” for example, it automaticly gets set to 2 pm on this day. I have a zap running as you can see here:and i have a “theoretical” zap, that first checks if a “due date” is given in any way, if yes it gets derected to a path checking if the “All-Day” option by Todoist is true or false:If you have any toughts, feel free to give me some ideas. thanks in advance
Hi all,I need to re-build my old chat on ChatGPT4 that was using the Zapier plug-in in order to upload some information returned by ChatGPT4 into a Google Spreadsheet.After the recent changes in ChatGPT4 (probably related to customGPT), my old chat can’t integrate anymore with Zapier and it seems ChatGPT4 is not able anymore to upload that information.Before these changes, when I asked to ChatGPT to upload that information in Google Sheet via Zapier, it sent the request in a JSON format, and Zapier had an action to do that istantly.Now I would like to build the same thing with the new AI Actions, but it turned very complicated.Any help? The SMS by Zapier is connected with Pipedrive and it does not work consistently. Can anyone offer advice? Nothing I’ve been able to find in support addresses the issue. The ZAP says it is sending and its not throwing off error messages. I ‘upgraded’ to another FREE account b/c the system seemed to say the free account I had prior was no longer valid or available or whatever. I had previously fixed an error where the message length exceeded the allowed number of characters. In that case the message delivered was truncated but it still was sending. At the present time, 1 out of 4 messages is sent. I can’t really send screenshots without revealing phone numbers.
I have a reoccurring daily email which attaches a Google Sheet of the same name and sender address. I am trying to automate a Zap which copies the information off of each day’s new google sheet into one sheet (with the same headers.) I’ve been able to run two Zaps which adds each new attachment to a folder on my Drive with a different name for each (the date- and then the static name.) Yet, now I am stuck on how I can copy the information from one sheet to another. I ran a few Zaps that just added blank rows to the Final google sheet, but it failed to copy in the new information. I also tried transferring the data, but that didn’t seem to work as each file has new names, but it’s possible I have just been putting in the information wrong.End goal is get multiple folder files to copy onto one google sheet.Let me know what you think the best operations to achieve this outcome would be.
Hey folks, noticing that Wealthbox CRM doesn’t have an action that allows us to update an existing record (contact, household, etc). Is this feature in development, and does anyone know of any workarounds for this? Specifically, I’m imagining a sales funnel where we get a prospect’s name and e-mail address and use that info to create an initial Wealthbox contact record. After we have a call with them, we send them another online form with lots of questions and ideally that information is used to complete the remainder of the Wealthbox profile. Thanks for any input!
Help! I have a google sheet with three columns, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” which i would like “teleported” to a gotowebinar happening tomorrow. I’ve wasted 4 hours trying to complete this but am constantly stuck on The registrant could not be sent to GoToWebinar. Required field "First Name" (firstName) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (lastName) is missing. Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I simply cannot figure out what I may be doing wrong and whatever I’ve read so far is not helping either. Can someone take pity on me and land me a hand to complete this zap. Please? Thank you so much! nico
Hi, I want Zapier to find a folder in OneDrive by inputing data from a previous step. The step that feeds data to this part returns “Customer Name - Customer Id”, and is put in the search folder part of my step. Everything works ok most of the time, even when I input characters such as &, à, é or whatever we have in French. The only cause of the problem seems to be when the customer has an apostrophe in his name. No way to find a folder like “C’ustomer”. I even tried to let OneDrive create a new folder when it failed to find the first one, and mapped my search to the folder created instead. Same result. When there’s an apostrophe, everything seems to go wrong.Any thoughts on how to prevent this from happening ?

My goal is to set up an automation that allows me to create a new campaign through Brevo's API https://developers.brevo.com/reference/createemailcampaign-1.I've followed the instructions provided and used the Zapier custom action assistant, but I seem to be encountering an issue. When I create the Input Fields, I can only see one field called "campaignDetails." However, according to Brevo's API documentation, there should be more fields available for input.I'm not very technical, so I apologize if this seems like a basic question. Essentially, what I'm trying to achieve is to have the ability to control all the fields as per Brevo's API documentation directly from Zapier.Could someone kindly guide me through the process or point me in the right direction? Hello,First timer here.I am currently evaluating Zapier to see if will help streamline a process I go through frequently. The tool seems fairly straightforward and I have at least been able to make the connections to the systems I am using. I would like to know if the following use case is possible:Automate (probably weekly) checking Salesforce to see which customer’s contracts have expired. This would be accomplished by checking the contract expiration date field and listing all customers where the expiration date is less than today. Next, I would like to somehow pass that customer(s) (I’ll probably create a customer id field in Salesforce) to a Postgresql query to check a certain date field to see if they are still using the solution after expiration.I’m not looking for step-by-step, but rather if the above can be accomplished and if so, how can I pass parameters (e.g. customer id) found in Salesforce to the SQL query?Open to other solutions as well (e.g. writing results to Googl
Hello!I currently maintain an account with Monday.com, and I am interested in automating an SMS feature to send text messages to specific employees within the platform. We presently utilize a virtual phone line named Aircall, enabling manual message sending. Unfortunately, direct integration between Aircall and Monday.com is proving challenging. Consequently, I am exploring the possibility of integration via Zapier. Hi everyone, I've been thinking about improving our user experience at the business, and I'm keen to set up a zap that streamlines our processes. Given that we offer six different services, each requiring a different follow-up email for clients, we're currently facing the challenge of sending out multiple individual emails, which I believe could be overwhelming for our recipients. To simplify this, I'm considering the option of consolidating all follow-up texts for each service and sending out just one email. The aim is to ensure we provide relevant information without overwhelming anyone's inbox. I was wondering if it's feasible to set up a zap that can automatically determine the relevant text to include based on the type of order. Hi guys. When I do a webhook post, the data I enter needs to be sent in the order I enter it, however when I test the zap, it sends it in alphabetical order. Is there any reason why this is? I am sending data to do a s3 data upload. Thanks
